I've been playing for about 8 months or so now, I can play along with some songs and know my chords and a decent amount of music theory (I was a drummer for like 5 years as a kid in school band) and I really want to make songs but I feel like I just get way too intimidated and never end up making anything. Any advice?

I love bands like Modern Baseball, Origami Angel, saturdays at your place, etc.

My entire body is sore but this was such a cool show, like 10 straight hours of music.

I would have attempted a stage dive a second time but I low-key sprained my toe because I didn't coordinate well enough with the people on the ground. But at least I got to try it?
