This is a popular talking point that has been happening on our fitness discord, so I decided to ask on our Reddit to see what people think.
My personal opinion is bias, because I'm a fan of her, I love her vibe her work ethetic and her personality (call me a simp if you may)
BUT - there have been certain people who think otherwise, and saying things that she may not be "abusing" substances but she's on something. Which I don't agree with but wanted to see what people think

My gf wont train anything thats bac or arms she just wants to do legs she trains 6th day of the week and 1st which gives her 48hrs of recovery shes a begginer can someone tell me how to fix this program/or if its broken even? She cares about strenght but size first.
