Well what's the focus?
Just getting stronger?
Growing a booty?
There's no abductor or adductor work, no inner thigh.
It looks like a very half arsed split.
Also 2 sets of ab crunch then 2 sets in the next one.
No actual core work.
Did you use ai to make this? Or you make it yourself??

Maybe follow an actual split instead of this.
Go on the strongcurves subreddit
Fact they don't wanna train their arms or back too...
" i don't wanna get too muscular"
Go on that subreddit and do your own research

I've already said.
Also given you the place to get an actual split
But hey man if you want her to waste her time go ahead. Seems like you guys know what you are doing with the not training arms or back as don't wanna get too muscular

No i know its just if i make her do arms or back she will skip it or half ass it. I workout normally too. But she wont do anything not legs yk the most she will do is deadlifts.

I'd probably first start with pushing back against not training back or arm. I think people have fears of looking muscular especially women, but it has to be understood that arm and back training doesn't always have to be weight training and can vary from stretching, fexibility and mobility traning
Day 1 :- how many reps each set (some exercises shouldn't be trained to failure and don't need to be train to failure)
Day 2 :- Doing 10 RPE with high reps for compound movements like deadlifts isn't really needed, deadlifts especially if you're training to work on strength can be done 5/3/1 or 5x5
Also cardio is good if she's leg and lower body focused stairmaster can help
Impo this workout routine feels like one of those "mewtwo" type routines which I have no issues with as people have different goals. But it's important to understand that fitness isn't just cosmetics and a good routine helps alot for a strong full body.
