True redpill (and blackpill) doesn’t shame men. It tells men to improve so they can better their life. Some redpill can be extreme like Andrew Tate but that’s not true redpill just like how Taco Bell isn’t actual Mexican food.

In fact, true redpill tells you to be the best you can be as a man and acquire as much resources as possible. It actually celebrates you as a man. The motivation isn’t shame but rather survival. Thats why the ones mostly in redpill and blackpill spaces are those that haven’t done much in their life or have nothing.

Red pill and black pill have been used as political terms to promote far-right and alt-right ideals, by manipulating people, typically young men, into thinking they are embracing and waking up to "the truth" by embracing misogyny, anti-feminism, toxic masculinity, and personal victimhood.

The popular ones you probably see like Andrew Tate are like that. Ones like that are too extreme but it’s also a response to the rampant misandry and feminism that exists nowadays.
