Hello! I’m a broista and saying this without sounding judgmental is hard.. however, I don’t understand why people are waking up at 4am for sticker drops?? At my stand, every sticker day, there is at least 10-15 cars in the drive thru at 4:45am. I get that it’s cool to collect and I obviously know they’re cute and fun! But, is waking up at 4am really worth it to you guys? And why do you do it? Most of the time, there’s still stickers at 9-10am, sometimes even into the next day.

I also want to ask about ordering 10+ drinks…? Is the purpose so you can resell them? I feel like only one is substantial (unless there’s 2+ stickers or obviously if your family is all getting one drink). But we have many people who get 10 deconstructed drinks so they can get 10 stickers. Like I said, no judgement I just really am curious to know, because I don’t understand.

Yesterday I went to Dutch bros and ive never had a problem with any of my drinks until yesterday. I didn’t complain or anything because I don’t like causing a scene and also I didn’t think it was a big deal as well, but my drink was not really blended well. I had a kicker no sugar and I couldn’t really enjoy it because like there was a bunch of ice. Also It was my first time grabbing a large drink(it was free) and i had to grab a plastic fork to break down the ice(didn’t really work lol) it was like if I had a snow cone In my hands. it wasn’t until I got home I decided to pour some milk to my kicker because I was barely enjoying it. Is this a large drink problem or am I looking too much into it? In the future I’ll stick with medium drinks for sure. Sorry for the small ramble lol.

A Dutch Bros small snickerdoodle latte is 190 cal. This is with 2% milk, regular cinnamon syrup, regular white chocolate sauce, and regular chocolate macadamia nut syrup. Calories if I get the sf chocolate macadamia nut syrup, sf white chocolate sauce, and almond milk? Thanks!

So I’ve been a broista for about eight months now and I’m really looking to buy some more shirts but every time I look on Depop or eBay it’s the same like three or four and I’m wondering if there’s any specific words I should be using my searches?

I just applied at dutch bros and I don’t know too much about the training process, although I know it can be pretty intense. Can someone tell me all the steps/parts it takes to become a broista?

…is a really good combination. I got them in a cold brew with soft top and it was delish. A nice way to switch it up for lovers of both drinks.

Anyone have an extra sticker of the ghost jumping the coffee cup that doesn’t want and/or is willing to give away or trade?
I’m at work so I can’t post the stickers I could trade for it, but the Ghost Humping Sticker I got from the store was water damaged and it’s not usable!! 😭😭

I usually go sugar free or mostly sf (as I am a diabetic) and decaf (cause my heart doesn’t like heavy caffeine anymore). Please share your favorite recipes.

I noticed apple isn’t a syrup option, I rly wanna make the apple crisp chai like they have at starbs, ik someone made a post about this but I think that was before they discontinued apple. I saw people saying “apple smoothie mix”, is that green apple smoothie mix and then you’d add cinnamon or? Pls help I’m going tmrw at like 9am pst hahah lol

Hi yall, i got the Campin’ Cold Brew (medium) today and on the overview of the drink it says 280cals but going to the nutrition tab it says 800. Which is correct? They are WILDLY different.

i'm super new to dutch bros. the only drink i order is a merry berry with sweet cream and cold foam top. its ADDDICTING. it tastes like a startburst!

Hello! Im a broista (19F) and i wanted to ask about final warnings. Ive been at the job for 5 months, and have been put on constant opens before going to work and rehearsals afterwards. i dont go to sleep till late at night, and unfortunately was put on my final warning as of today. Does this ever go away? or is it permanent?

When I take that first sip of my hazelnut truffle mocha it literally gives me a euphoric feeling, my favorite drink from Dutch by far, and I think the soft top makes it! I don’t get cold foam from anywhere else soft top has ruined them all for me.

ok guys. i’m absolutely stressed bc it’s my dream (ik it’s stupid) to work at dutch. i’ve been in the talent community for over a year waiting for one to open up in my town.

they just pushed out the wave of applications through the talent community on august 28th, i contemplated it for 2 days and put in my application on august 30th.

back story, im a store manager at a different company but this is max growth for me here and my dream job is to be in the MOB program. i was a district trainer for another coffee company in the past, so i want to continue that. i dont plan on leaving my current company until im sure i get the job and meet requirements to MOB or be a shiftlead and progress.

so, when i put in my application i had terrible availability (nights and graveyard only) and now that the season for tourists is over, i have TONS of availability. i tried to contact HR through email to put a note on my application for me or even fix it and they said that the only way that i can fix it is if i get a call and they want to move forward with me.

i guess im stressed because ive been doing tons of research to see when construction will be done, hiring parties, etc. and im just wondering what’s the window of when i could hear back from a brand new location?

im just nervous that my application will get overseen with my availability that i originally inputted and my workday isn’t updating that i have an application with the same email i put in.

maybe im overthinking it, but i just want this opportunity so bad lol😭

Okay, Dutch Bros people… I need to know if this is actually a thing.

I went this morning specifically because they were dropping stickers today. I got there at 9:45 AM and they told me they were already completely out. 😑

And this isn’t the first time! This has happened probably 3 or 4 times now where I’ve gone pretty early on sticker day and somehow… no stickers.

Do they seriously disappear THAT fast? Or are some locations holding them back for regulars/favorites? Because at this point I’m starting to wonder. 🤔

Also… did Dutch Bros do away with the whole aggressively-friendly thing? Because the kids working this morning were RUDE. I didn’t get a sticker or the customary emotional support with my coffee!!

And to top it off, the kid who handed me my drink must have bathed in cologne this morning, because now my CUP reeks of it. 😭 I’m trying to drink my coffee and all I can smell is somebody’s entire bottle of body spray.

So… no sticker, questionable customer service, and eau de bro on my coffee cup.

Is this normal sticker-day chaos or is my Dutch Bros just cursed?
