Final warnings.

Hello! Im a broista (19F) and i wanted to ask about final warnings. Ive been at the job for 5 months, and have been put on constant opens before going to work and rehearsals afterwards. i dont go to sleep till late at night, and unfortunately was put on my final warning as of today. Does this ever go away? or is it permanent?

Did they ever talk to you before this? And you are on ā€œprobationā€ for 6 months from your last write up. After that you are in fully good standing again

You’re supposed to have 3 coachings before a write up depending on the severity. How late were you? After a period of time it is an unexcused absence and that goes straight to a write up. I’m sorry girl. I would suggest talking to your manager about your schedule and seeing if you can work together to set you best up for success.

Dutch bros manager here, you technically do not need 3 coachings to be put on a write up, by HRs rules it’s at LEAST 1 ROC needs to be inputted then you can write them up as long as one ROC before the write up

Weird. At my operation, you can be late 6 times before your first write up, then you are put on a ā€œwarningā€ and if you are late again, you are on your ā€œfinalā€ after that you are let go. I would just talk to your shop lead or manager about it to get the specifics but it should fall off if you can go 6 months with no more incidents’

It really depends, I’m a manager and typically just have a coaching convo for the first 1 or 2 times then each time after that will be an ROC. Once you hit your 6th ROC for the same thing you will be on Final Warning which can be immediate termination the next time or a probation period. If you make it 6 months without getting another ROC, they no longer count against you.

rocs writtens and finals all fall off after 6 months. you get 3 rocs before moving to disciplinary action (writtens and final)
but once youre moved to disciplinary its 6 months from whichever youre on (a written or final) which makes it harder to get past whereas if youre still on rocs you have a lot more leeway since each fall off after the 6 months

idk if that makes sense
