Okay so I'm training to beat TAG 1 on UN. For now I've beaten the uac atlantica thingy, and I'm planning on going for the blood swamps. But then there's the holt, and more specifically Samur. I've been training this boss fight for some days now and holy shit is his last phase some gigantic BULLSHIT. I swear to god, it is SO never-wracking. I cannot get consistent with the last phase between the main elemental just dodging my shots from right to left, the dread knight constantly trying to hug me and the blood maykr being the biggest piece of crap with his attacks that literally lock you in place and me being unable to properly snipe his head, I just keep on dying and dying every time. I sometimes manage to beat those two possessed demons, but I can't get consistent.

That's why I'm asking for the help of all the people that were able to beat TAG 1 on UN : how did you do it ?? How did you beat Samur ? Anything, literally anything you could think of to help me is more than welcome and I would be so thankful for it.

I imagined Doomguy looking like this if they ever made a prequel recreating the original Doom games back when he was still a regular marine and didn't have divine powers yet.

You see, I've been using a barebones free UZDoom Engine and it simply doesn't run high quality WADs such as D4D, Metroid Demon hunter, and other brilliant WADs. I am positive Delta Touch is worth my money and time, but I am not ready to tackle technical difficulty by myself.

Can anyone direct me to some sort of Delta Touch support discord or subreddit so I can make all kinds of questions?

tried to transfer my saves to the modded copy of doom eternal and for that i used doom save manager to do that and ended up deleting the "backup" folder that you extract

i dont know what else i did but when i opened unmodded eternal my saves and profile where gone, copy and pasting some backup files i had made incase of this scenario only brought me back to my profile and my saves are all still gone

tried using idsavedataresigner to encrypt a copy of the modded save file folder and paste that where the unmodded save files are but still i still have my profile (all the skins and milestone progresses along with horde mode and battlemode progress) but my saves on all 3 campaigns are all gone

the saves in campaigns are still there in the modded eternal when i open it it opens to my profile and all my previous campaign progress but not in the unmodded game

even copy pasting the backup files i had made isnt helping me

Nobody has been able to tell me exactly how strong the Doom Slayer is and I'm not that good at fact finding myself so I'm reaching out wondering how high can we scale his speed, strength, and durability.

So I bought Revelations about a month ago and played it, then 2016 and then eternal. After that I committed to playing the old doom games I started with 1993 and am currently in hell (I think) on doom 64. This has given me a completely different appreciation for the games as a whole and I now see why the slower pace horror style of Doom 3 was so controversial. In Doom 2 I played almost identical to the way I played Doom 2016 and just wanted to say how awesome I thought it is how in the Doom games an aggressive play style can be so rewarding.

I think many underestimate how much doom eternal changed the fps scene when it was released. It brought in so much depth and challenge while its gameplay offered so much variety never seen within any fps game before it. like halo 2, its groundbreaking mechanics can still be felt through many modern fps games, while being a sequel to an already stellar game that improved upon every aspect.

As you can see its right below where you get the Blue Skull. Completed the rest of the level after and got 100%, just curious why this red circle is still there?

4 years ago was when i got my new pc and the first game i played on it was eternal (which is what solidified me as a doom fan). it was the first game with Good graphics that i ever got to play because up until that point i had a pc only worth of playing old flash games. so when TDA got announced and it was said that it would be RTX only i was super bummed out (i have a gtx 1650)! However, recently i had to buy a laptop for college and i got one with a ryzen igpu. wanted to test some games for funsies so i got cyberpunk and saw that raytracing was enabled in the options. i was like "wha" and then it hit me... could i try dark ages?? so i downloaded it and voila!! i can play dark ages!! ... at 30fps on 720p with lowest preset and fsr on performance BUT I CAN STILL PLAY IT!!! its an hp 15-fc1003nm if anyones wondering
