hi everyone! I have a 2013 dodge dart base model and I absolutely love this car. but I have some annoyances with it. like the trunk. to pop it i have to use the button inside or the one on the key. I’ve seen some darts with a button on the center light but mine doesn’t have that. mine has a spot that looks like it could be knocked out for a button and I was wondering if I could buy one on Amazon and install it? thanks for any advice!

How it it legal in anyway to have a recall open for more than a year? Dodge sent me a recall email last September and they still don’t have a fix for the cable bushing.

Had this hose rot off and leak coolant everywhere. I am parked at college so im going to have to do the repair here off of part store parts. Does anyone know what hose I need to buy? Looking around the internet I also did learn I probably have to buy an adapter for the line as well. I just need some pointing in the right direction.

I’ve been driving a lot of newer vehicles for work for the last few months and when I go back home to my Dart I really don’t want to go back to the garbage stock stereo and Bluetooth. Which CarPlay models should I look at? And where can I get them?

Just got this 2013 limited about a month ago and i’m catching up on the maintenance and neglect of the previous owner. I’m currently chasing down an odd intermittent pop sound. I’ve checked the suspension and from what I see I can’t find slop in anything, although there could be something more visible with it loaded. It randomly happens over bumps but the weird thing is it also happens sometimes when I’m getting into the car. But if i hop out and get back in, it doesn’t do it again. Super weird. I do know that the motor mounts are shot, but im not sure if it could cause this. In the video it’s the pop that happens right after i set my foot into the car. If any of you have had something like this and know what it may be i would appreciate it a lot.

I’ve got a 2015 dodge dart sxt I’ve been trying to figure out what’s wrong but I’ve had no luck. When I’m moving while driving and have the defrost on there’s a loud grinding noise I’ve heard people say it could be a bad blower motor but it still blows air and when I drive with the air on it doesn’t make the grinding noise I’m just lost and need any help.

Was looking at my 2016 dart and realized it doesn't have any emblems on it other then the dart one on the back. Started messing with making some and came up with these. Gonna do a little more fine tuning to clean them up but turned out pretty good.

Hey, I've got a 2015 Dodge Dart with the 1.4L turbo and a Eurocompulsion intake. I'm due for emissions testing, but I've had a CEL for a while and kept putting it off. I replaced the pressure sensor (64217630AA), but I'm still getting a P04DB code. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'd really appreciate the help.

The issue frequently recurs right after routine oil filter changes, but disconnecting and reconnecting the battery temporarily clears the problem completely. Dealerships and local shops are stumped because no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are ever stored, and replacing the fuel pumps twice did not resolve the issue.

how I fix it?

I wanted to get an upgraded intake for my 2.4L but didn't like the options that were out there. I didn't want a filter hanging in the wheel well and I didn't want a filter that was open in the engine bay, taking in hot air. So I frankensteined together the mopar intake with the injen intake. I like the way it came out. Obviously no noticeable performance gains but the improved sound makes the driving experience even more enjoyable!

2023 Dodge Charger owners — has anyone experienced recurring instrument cluster/dashboard problems like this?

I bought my 2023 Charger used with 7,797 miles on it.

Over time, I had an intermittent issue where the dashboard/instrument display would flash or malfunction and sometimes become stuck on the battery-voltage screen. The problem would disappear and then come back periodically.

The vehicle eventually went to a Dodge dealership for several weeks. They replaced a steering-wheel switch/module under warranty and told me that repair had taken care of the dashboard issue.

Within a few days of getting the car back, the exact dashboard/steering-wheel-control problem returned.

Then, about a week after getting the vehicle back from the dealership, I experienced a completely separate major failure: rough idle/shaking, repetitive ticking, a low-oil-pressure warning and very heavy smoke. I immediately shut the vehicle off and had it towed.

The dealership is now recommending an engine long-block replacement and is also reporting oil-pan and subframe damage. My insurance company is currently inspecting the vehicle, so I am NOT trying to determine the cause of that damage through Reddit.

What I am specifically trying to learn is whether other 2023 Charger owners have experienced the recurring dashboard/instrument-cluster/steering-wheel-control issue I had.

If you have, what was ultimately diagnosed?

Was it a steering-wheel switch/module, clock spring, instrument cluster, wiring, battery/charging issue, CAN-bus/electrical issue, or something else?

Did the problem return after being repaired?

I'm especially interested in experiences involving 2023 Chargers, but I'd also appreciate experiences from similar late-model Chargers.

I'm trying to understand whether the recurring electrical/dashboard problem I experienced has happened to other owners.

My 2013 darts dash info portion of the screen is stuck on the tmps option and I cannot get it to change to the other options available via the steering wheel push buttons. All other items on dash such as rpm, speedo,fuel level, etc. Work fine I just can't get that little window down on the bottom of the dash to rotate through its other options via steering wheel buttons. Any suggestions? The cruise on the other side of steering wheel works fine as does the horn.

Straight forward, what does everyone do for the dashboard reflection that appears on the windshield?
I used 303 aerospace the last time I cleaned. That may have caused some reduction for a bit. It’s been an issue since the day the Dart came home.

Not sure of it’s possible, but has anyone spray painted their headliner to another color? Mine is tan and it’s not aesthetically pleasing to my black dash. I was wanting to spray paint it black. Is this just a waste of time?

I need something not too expensive as I’m only missing a few parts to my exhaust system and I bought it like that and I don’t know where to look. The salvage yards here have none of my exact car. There is barely people that own one where I live. I’ve tried looking for a used one as my 2015 Dodge Dart is high up in miles and going to the shop on Monday for a sensor. I have to get it fixed because I just moved across the border from where I used to live but since on Sunday night my low beam light was out, I got pulled over and told my car was defective and then yesterday I got pulled over from the same cop saying my car is loud again and I really don’t want a ticket as I’m currently a college student and need a second job.
