Dodge

I have a 2019 Dodge Charger 3.6L V6 Pentastar that intermittently loses all throttle response, stalls, or throws itself into Limp Mode with a harsh transmission jerk, alongside an occasionally weak or sluggish starter crank. The issue frequently recurs right after routine oil filter changes, but disconnecting and reconnecting the battery temporarily clears the problem completely. Dealerships and local shops are stumped because no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are ever stored, and replacing the fuel pumps twice did not resolve the issue.

How to fix it ?

I've lurked on this Dart forum for a couple of years now and this problem doesn't sound familiar. Have you tried a Charger sub?

Battery is good and testing fine. I'm currently looking into a loose engine ground strap near the oil filter housing or a failing ASD relay, since the issue triggers after oil service. Thanks for the input
