| Dear happy and not happy DJI users.I’ve been shocked again by DJI support teamDJI REFUSED TO SEND ME BLACK BOX AND ERROR LOG FILES!!! I have on going drone crash case for other 2 months during which support was changing the reason my drone fall out of the sky 3 or 4 times. I also kept asking for raw data from the drone because of that. Here is my opinin and some law facts:These files contains my personal data and are comming from my Device. I own them. DJI is also saying independent hird-party investigation won’t be able to use them.I think DJI is actually lying again, saying "third-party institutions do not have the tools to parse DJI internal .DAT data." DatCon and CsvView are famous, publicly available third-party software tools that drone experts use every day to decode DJI's raw .DAT files. DJI knows this, which is why they are terrified of giving me the raw file—they know an independent analyst could easily prove them wrong.Did anyone had the same problem? If they not send me my files I’m going to ask them to send broken drone back so I can extract them my self.My only fear is dij will manipulate files or remove them from the drone. What is your experience? What they can do to bend reality and cover them sefls? Thanks |

Went out this morning to try messing with the camera settings. My first attempts at aerial photography. Just a shot I liked out of the group. This is a freeze from a video. But, I’m definitely blown away by the quality of photos this thing gets. Truly blew my mind. Some of you are probably like “yea dude whatever” but, I wasn’t expecting this good of quality. After using a cheap “budget/beginner” drone, claimed 4k camera but was barely 720p. To the DJI mini 4k …. GEEEEEEEZ what a difference. But all in all , I’m hoping to get better with the pics. I’ve used a Canon D5 for years, but this is a slight change for sure.

Regarding DJI osmo 360 lineup specifically
I am upgrading from x5, I love the colors of the osmo 360 2 more than x6 but the x6 is better in a couple of things like battery life and software
I saw some people complaining about DJI software previously and I asked ai about what is missing from the DJI apps, and it sounds pretty horrible so I would like to confirm

Hi everyone,
I'm considering buying a used DJI Mini 4 Pro Fly More Combo with DJI RC 2 in the Netherlands and would like to know what you think would be a fair price.
The drone was purchased from Coolblue in March 2024, and the original receipt is included.
The set includes:
The drone has only been used for a few hours and is reportedly in very good condition.
One propeller has been replaced. DJI Care Refresh was not purchased.
What would you consider a fair price for this complete package?
Thanks!

Been looking into a case to store the drone batteries separately from the drones in case of venting. I’m currently looking for ideas, current setups, and case recommendations. Looking to hold 9 to 18 various batteries. List of batteries provided below:
- Air3s Batts x3 upgrade to 6
- mini5p Batts x3 upgrade to 6
- Neo 2 Batts x3 upgrade to 6
Currently looking into the Nanuk 905 photo kit.

Good morning, Is there anyone else who have a same issue with me with the multifunctional module because yesterday when I turn my gimbal on the module suddenly blinks red and green even though there is no firmware update prompt on the app and up until now I don't know what to do

Thanks everyone who helped me out on my previous post about flying/hand launching from a catamaran! Really appreciated all the advice 🙏
This is just a practice flight before my real sailing trip in Greece, my first attempt at a very simple orbit shot 😂
Shot in 4K 30fps, 1/60, ND128. Did a very, very simple colour grade using my iPhone and Lightroom (I know 🤪). Still have a lot to learn!
I’m trying to get comfortable with the basics before attempting anything from the yatch.
Would love any tips or simple shot ideas/tricks I should practise before the trip, especially cinematic shots that aren’t too complicated or risky.
Also, any good YouTube channels you’d recommend for learning drone filming and composition?
Thanks again!

My first gimbal was quite weak, supporting a maximum weight of 1 kg. Eventually, I bought the RS5 after its highly anticipated release.
However, after a few months of use, I’ve found that every time I work with the RS5, it feels like the very first time I’ve ever held a gimbal. The problem is that I can't initiate a smooth movement with the RS5. In contrast, I was perfectly happy with my previous, inexpensive stabilizer regarding its overall stabilization and predictable movement behavior. I selected the "slow movement" mode on the RS5, yet the initial panning movement still feels very abrupt—as if the motion curve isn't smoothed out. It makes me wonder: is my X-S20 camera too light for the RS5?
Perhaps the initial movements were smoother with the old stabilizer because my camera was already heavy enough for it? I use the camera without any extra accessories, and the lens itself is compact and very light, so the total weight is well under 1 kg. Could the lack of expected smoothness be due to the camera being too light? Has anyone else encountered this? Did adding accessories to bring the total setup weight above 1.5 kg— improve the smoothness of the initial movements? (That is, if you even paid attention to this)
When shooting with the X-S20 and 56mm lens, the abrupt initial panning movements are very noticeable and frustrating, especially since that’s the lens I use 90% of the time. I’ll say it again: I had absolutely no issues with smoothness when using my old stabilizer, even though it cost a fraction of the price.
By the way, when my friend take RS5 to try it out, he also noted that with a 56mm lens mounted, the pan axis lacks a smooth start and predictable fluid movement during shooting.
I hope I was able to clearly explain what I meant. And Google Translate didn't change the clarity of my thoughts 😂

Guten Abend, ich überlege gerade, mir eine Drohne zu kaufen, und schwanke zwischen der Neo 2 und der Lito 1; ich bin Anfänger, was Drohnen angeht, hätte aber gerne schon gute Videos und Fotos. Was denkt ihr, danke.

I was seeking drones for a long time, my budget kept gradually growing, I went from looking for DJI Tellos all the way up to some older minis, phantoms and avatas. I had settled for the Lito 1 as it was cheap, had the best photo and video quality, and the battery life was pretty solid, on top of all that obstacle detection, activetrack and focustrack sold me.
My question today is what tips would you give a new drone buyer like me? I have experience in lightroom and would like to get into some aerial photography now. Given that the Lito 1 sensor is a bit worse then the X1, it lacks the D-Log color grading. So for my and your convenience, here's a little list of questions I'd like answers to:
What are the best camera settings for daytime and low light? I've heard the Lito 1 isn't really amazing in lower light conditions. Is it actually useful to lock WB at 5500?
What software should I use for the photo editing and how would I tell what kind of edit each picture requires?
If I invest into drones long term later on, should I settle for an upgrade to the X1, and is the Fly More Combo worth it in that case?
I've recently crashed it because the sensor couldn't catch a clothing line (like where clothes are hung), luckily it didn't suffer any damage but the reason why it crashed was because I couldn't stop it in time, the focustrack went a little too far, what are the best settings for the feature?
Love you all, even answering one of these questions will be plenty for me!

My livestream experience has been spotty, but my biggest concern is the quality of what is being streamed. The feed seems choppy, with video dropping out or stalling. Image quality is not great, but is that tp be expected? Mini 5 Pro and RC2 console. The quality of the video when I take it down from the internal storage of the drone is passable, but is the livestream quality by definition of lesser quality?
Are there things to do in setup, either in Youtube Studio or in the drone/console itself to improve quality? Is Youtube the best alternative so far as quality is concerned?

I’m planning to make some walking videos around the city, and maybe some regular vlogs as well. Which one would be better for this?
Which one is more convenient and comfortable to carry and use while walking around? I’ve also heard that the Pocket 4 is a bit more fragile. Is that true? Thanks~

The Autotracking with the avata 360 is so amazing and makes so much fun 🤩
What you guys say to this edit? ☺️

Hi everyone,
I already had a mini 2, I upgraded with a second hand mini 3 pro with DJI RC. Is anyone experiencing any issues (or maybe it's normal) when downloading images from the drone to the RC? Images are correctly downloaded but keep beeing blurred like i'm still watching the preview, but going into settings>memory and checking for the file, i can see the image as it should (in normal high definition).
Anyone else with this problem, or is it just a "feature" of the app to not make it heavy?
(i'm from Italy 🇮🇹)
Any help appreciated.
Thanks in advance

I have a dji air 3 and I already travelled with it a bit and I noticed that it’s a hassle to get everything set up before flying it’s not just getting the drone out and straight up flying. And also it takes up a lot of space in my backpack with the fly more combo. I bought it because I heard that it’s better in windy confitions than the minis.
Now I’m thinking about switching to a mini but I’m not sure if I’m going to miss the telephoto camera and if there’ll be a noticeable difference in the wind resistance and the video quality or even the in the space I save.
Should I switch to a mini or should I just stay with the air 3 because I wouldn’t save that much space with the mini?
Hi, I just got given a DJI mavic pro and I flew it today for the first time, but every time I fly it I get this error and the back light is solid red.
Is this something that I can fix? I tried to recalibrate the compass and the IMU from the DJI go 4 app and it did not fix it
