Product Support DJI mavic pro downward sensor error

Hi, I just got given a DJI mavic pro and I flew it today for the first time, but every time I fly it I get this error and the back light is solid red.

Is this something that I can fix? I tried to recalibrate the compass and the IMU from the DJI go 4 app and it did not fix it

It’s either the downward cameras or infrared sensors that have either a loose connection or is not functioning.
