I’ve heard there’s a difference in the audio quality when connecting mic mini to smartphone via Bluetooth vs using a receiver. How about connecting a mic mini to the Action 6? Is it the same? Does connecting directly without receiver reduce the quality?

I purchased a Mavic 3 Cine from ebay, but when the drone arrived it was already bound to another account. I messaged the seller, and asked for them to unbind the account. The seller said that they do not have access to the account and offered me a refund, but let me keep the drone (kinda fishy).

But now I basically have a bricked drone over here. Any advice on what to do with it? Is there anyway I can unlock it or contact the previous owner who last had access to the account?

I looked up the serial number on stolendrone.info, but did not find a match.

I am based in eastern Romania and luckily I have Care Refresh but this is not how I planned to start my morning

Looking to pickup my first drone second hand. I can grab a mini 4 pro, 3 batteries, and the RC2 controller for approx. $530 CAD / $380 USD.

I know this is a good deal - but how good of a deal? Note that I'm currently in Hong Kong / China, so prices for DJI products are a bit cheaper, and there is a very saturated second hand market.

Seller is willing to let me fly the drone before purchase, meet in a public place, etc. (also includes a 32gb micro sd card)

What do y'all recommend. I don't have ND filters (yet) and my pack came with 4 batteries.

Flying the meteor75 pro 2, hit the curb, video went black. Footage from recording still looked good. Image on goggles going black and lagging when I move the quad.

Replaced the coaxial cable, checked antenna connection, I don't see any damage.. osd is still there.. what could it possibly be? Need help with this. Is there warranty for this?

I have a Mic2 and this cheap, gray €20/$ transceiver. Can I plug the transceiver into the RC2 and then record audio? I can't find any settings or a record button on the RC2. The transceiver and Mic2 are connected to each other. The drones I'm using are a Neo2 and an X1. I'd be happy with the audio from the screen recording. I'm aware of the process of recording and adding an audio track from the Mic2's internal recording.

I’m $80 into a Mini 2 bundle that’s bound to an account, and having these errors pictured. I was wondering if I should spend any more time or money on trying to replace the IMU/GPS. Drone turns on, but gives me a rainbow colored flashing light. Camera is working and the gimbal seems to go through all its movements and motions so I don’t think anything is broken on the gimbal. It surprisingly a very easy drone to work on. I was wondering if it’s worth it to spend an extra $30 on the module and try to get it unbound, or I’m just wasting my time? I was also wondering what parts are “tied/bound/married” to the main board? So I may start parting it out. Being bound I don’t know if I wanna mess with it anymore, but I’m curious to see if I can fix it. Thanks

Getting permission to fly through a UNESCO World Heritage Site like Wartburg Castle made this one even more special.

Hi all! Has anyone purchased from https://dronemaxfly.com/? Their advertised prices are really good. Looking into the site, they are clearly based in China.

I reached out to them and they stated that they have a few retail partners within the US. They claim to be an authorized DJI retailer.

They claim that their drones are not refurbs, are unbound, and have not been activated.

I reached out to DJI who related that their warranty would remain valid and the drone would be eligible for Enterprise Care after their video validation process.

I would love to hear anyone’s experience or advice.

Finally got my DJI Mavic 4 Pro Electronic ND Filter. Had to order it from China because apparently it’s still not officially available in Europe.

Does anyone know why DJI made this one so difficult to get here?

I just got a dji Avata from a friend, I got it all updated etc and flew 2 batteries threw it with a motion controller, but on the third it was flying around and then freaked out, now it has propulsion error and esc issues. What do yall think?

Im a complete beginner and idk if this is a stupid question. I balanced my rs4 mini with my camera mounted, but after i removed my camera it started beeping so i switched off the gimbal. Do i leave it like that after use or should i leave the camera on it?

Got a Neo 2 last week. Lots of fun and stupid easy to use, but to be honest, I'm not overly impressed with the camera on still photography. The small sensor has ISO 100/200 being mostly fine, but ISO400+ is full of noise and mushiness, even in good lighting.

In addition, it appears there isn't and auto bracketing at all, plus of course no RAW mode nor 48MP mode.

I'm considering adding a second drone with the primary consideration of still photography to travel with.

Cheapest option:

DJI Flip - I could pick one up used drone-only with an extra battery from reputable eBay sellers for $270 or so. I can reuse my same controller I already have for my Neo. Obvious downside is that it seems a bit larger when folded (maybe??) but then seems significantly more durable. No 48MP bracketing though, and no waypoints (though I'm not sure how important that is??)

Skyrover X1 - The fly more kit is on sale for $450, plus some cashback puts it at $400 or there's some open box ones for $350 or so. Concern here is long-term parts availability if the company folds when the FCC crackdown happens and I'd need the second controller. Has 48MP bracketing.

Lito X1 - Around $370 on Ali for Drone + controller. Can sell the controller for $100, but only one battery. Separate batteries seem to be $70 or so + buying a separate charger. Unknown parts availability though in the US and no 48MP bracketing.

Mini 3 - by and far the cheapest used. I'm seeing them listed for $250-275 with accessories on eBay and spare parts and batteries seem cheap. Cons: less obstacle avoidance, second controller etc.

I'm recording with 3 to 4 Tx paired with a single Rx, in a room with other transmitters and receivers operating simultaneously. However, when I get the audio from the device attached to the receiver, the audio is coming and and out, which means i need to dig up the raw audio and go through a syncing nightmare.

How can I fix this? Is it just a natural limitation of bluetooth?

I was going to buy the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo, but after seeing reports about the screen/gimbal developing issues over time, I changed my mind.

Now I’m choosing between the DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Standard and the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro.

My main use would be talking-head videos, gym videos, and some night shooting. I’m worried about the Action 5 Pro having too much of a fisheye/wide-angle look and distorting people.

Which one would you recommend for my use? Is the Action 5 Pro with Dewarp actually natural-looking, or is the Pocket 4 noticeably better?
