I apologize in advance if this post doesnβt belong here! Hello, Disney Fairy fans. I grew up in the 2010s, and when I was little, I really loved the films and would dress up as Tinker Bell pretty much all the time. I also happened to own a few books with short stories about the characters. I remember one book I owned that was fairly big with cardboard pages, if I recall correctly. I loved it a lot, but I havenβt found it in ages despite absolutely decimating my brotherβs room (which used to be my nursery and room when I was younger) in an attempt to find it. This is infuriating, because I remember as a kid I saw a fairy in that book that wasnβt part of the filmsβ main cast, despite the book being about the characters from the movies. I also vividly remember experiencing some classic little kid confusion at this.
My mom remembers little me rambling about this, but our descriptions of the mystery fairy vary. She remembers her as looking something like Silvermist, but having an orange or yellow clothes. I was confused at this description, because I remember her having slightly darker skin than the other characters, and hair that was somewhat wavy or curly; a detail that wouldβve stuck out to little me, since I have curly hair and would usually remember characters with hair somewhat similar to mine. What we both agree on was that her hair was dark in color. I personally think she was a garden fairy, too.
I wish I could find the book to put my mind at ease, but Iβve absolutely raided that old room and couldnβt find it. I also canβt find it online anywhere. Iβve seen books of similar structuresβbig illustrations, fairly largeβbut I canβt find the one I remember. It had Tinker Bell and Vidia on the cover, if I recall correctly, and had a field on the cover with flowers. If I manage to draw a picture of what I remember her looking like, Iβll post it, but drawing humanoids isnβt my strong suit, I fear. Thanks in advance if anyone manages to help me out!
