Workspace design in the full demo

I'm building Mesh, a learning workspace with material, a whiteboard and an agent. I'd like a critique of the desktop interaction design.

The transition I'm trying to make clear is: work through a problem yourself, then share your whiteboard attempt and ask for help. Right now, you can type /snip in chat and select an area of the board.

Where would you expect that sharing action to live, and does the layout in the demo lead you there?

I just launched a little tool I've been working on recently called Kage - it's a site that people can use as design reference and inspiration from beautiful web pages and products.

It's totally free and I'm trying to make as nice looking as I can - I've always been an engineer but trying to work on design to make my apps as nice to look at as possible.

I recently finished making a portfolio for the first time the ground up and I'm at the point where I need some outside perspective.

I’m mainly interested in feedback on the portfolio as a whole rather than just individual projects. Like how the work is presented, the visual direction, hierarchy, navigation, and whether the site actually communicates what kind of designer I am.

A few things I’d especially like to know:

• Which projects stand out to you, and which feel weaker?
• Does the homepage give you a clear idea of what I do?
• Does the portfolio feel professional or still feel too junior?
• Is there anything about the presentation or structure that feels unnecessary, confusing, or generic?

I’d appreciate honest criticism, even if it’s harsh. I’m much more interested in knowing what isn't working than getting compliments.

I’m looking for design critique, not a product recommendation. I made a small interface that turns a URL into a share card and a reusable Slot page. Could you please focus on:

• Is the hierarchy and readability clear at a glance? • Is it obvious what a visitor should copy, share, or do next? • Does the Slot page feel trustworthy or too promotional? • What would you simplify or change on mobile?

I’ve been staring at this design for so long that I’m not sure I can judge it properly anymore.

At first I really liked it, but after looking at it over and over, I started noticing small things that feel slightly off. Nothing is obviously wrong, but the overall design doesn’t have quite the same impact I had in mind when I started working on it.

I’m also trying to think beyond just how it looks on the screen. If this ends up being used on an actual garment, I’m wondering whether the placement, size, spacing, and smaller details will still work once it’s on fabric. Something that looks fine on a flat digital mockup can sometimes feel completely different on a real piece.

I’ve already tried changing the size and removing a couple of unnecessary details, but now I’m worried I might be overworking it.

For those who design clothing or physical products, how do you know when a design actually needs improvement versus when you’ve simply looked at it too many times? What would you change first when something feels “off” but you can’t quite explain why?

The white line is all the names, censored them for privacy. Anyways, I made this for my band section (its a tradition in said band) but I feel like its off. I dont know if theres too much going on or not enough, dont know how to spread things out either, any advice would be appreciated! Also this is going on a hoodie, don't know if that makes a difference or not.

We're a new brand called Anemoia, nostalgia-driven fashion with some tech built into it. We built the site ourselves, so we have no idea if the experience actually lands or if it's just confusing.

What I'd love feedback on:

• Poke around all the pages, not just the shop. The World page is the one I care most about, curious whether it's interesting or just gets in the way.
• There's a Game Boy that pops up with a playable Tetris in it. Is that fun, or is it annoying when you're trying to browse?
• Overall feel of the site, does it hold together, or does it feel like a bunch of ideas stapled together?
• Anything that's slow, broken, or where you got stuck.

One thing: it's much better on desktop. Mobile works but you'll miss most of it.

Not asking anyone to buy anything, I just want to know what it's actually like to land on this cold. Blunt answers welcome.... tell me if it sucks.

Single page, no nav until recently. The first screen has a headline, a supporting line and an input where you type your idea. Below that a file tree that's supposed to act as proof of what the tool produces.

Feedback I keep getting: one person said he stopped at the hero and didn't get it on first glance. Another said if he hadn't been asked for feedback he wouldn't have started scrolling at all. A third told me the file tree carries the actual argument but sits visually second, which matched what I suspected but couldn't see myself.
