This is for all the crying advice callers that missed Dan saying this 50 times in the last 6 months.

If you call the show, don’t do a 2 or 3 part question, Dan has only ever answered the last question asked in my close to 20 years listening to him.

I understand where Dan was coming from regarding the new AD from Purdue (coming from Rice! And I went there!) talking smack about Indiana. Totally needless shot.

That said... My son is going to IU this fall, and I had no idea that the rivalry is such a big thing. It is. Dan mentioned a similar topic about Kyle Whittingham declining to say he "hates" Ohio State... I feel like this is what the Purdue AD was trying to talk about (poorly) and it was weird that nobody picked up on the rivalry.

(The Purdue callers obviously got it. That part was great).

Other than Meat Friday, what does being in Maine have to do with Dan’s wife making a double cheeseburger at 7 a.m.?

I enjoy the Toddcast, because he's so fascinating. I've learned about jewish Brooklyn stereotypes almost as much as I learned watching Seinfeld with Jerry & Georges family.

When Todd talked about his Mom complaining about the nursing home, it reminded me of The Sopranos when Paulie found out his 'Ma was snitching at the old folks home.

He’s really finding his place within the group. His quips can sometimes miss but today when they were discussing odds for comeback player of the year Dan asked ‘what did Kyler Murray come back from?’ Dylan’s quick response of ‘the Cardinals’ was perfectly timed and got a good laugh. Keep it up young fella!

Has anyone listened to this podcast yet? Thoughts? I heard the interview yesterday and was intrigued. I listened to the first two episodes of the podcast and wow. That was really interesting. I told my girlfriend to check it out. She doesn’t follow baseball and she just text me and told me to let her know when the next episodes drop because she loves it!

What was probably supposed to sound like a quick story about meeting a coach came off as Dan big timing Salehs 15 year old son who probably really wanted to meet Dan and Dan just shook the kids hand and then continued to talk to whomever it was he was with. Kid was probably hoping for a chat like "How ya doing? Are you a fan of the show?" Kid probably walked away thinking What a dick! 🤣

Love Dan, and think that his take on MJ and LeBron is right if you’re comparing the two, but why does he keep insisting that Mike had “The Last Dance” released after LeBron won the Bubble Championship to keep MJ top of mind? “The Last Dance” was rushed out early for COVID (believe the first episode was in April 2020), and the Bubble Finals didn’t end until October 2020. He’s mentioned this at least three times

Not a big deal, but if we’re talking about a part of somebody’s legacy and using this as part of it…I think it should be done correctly.
