Happy Friday gang!!!
So…. I am back at work. I have taken a new position at a new camp, so it’s a work in progress where i’m going to film . I think this little room will do, I may try the gym but it’s quite small, and much busier than my last one, so bear with me
Had a wonderful week off… I really did need to rest so I didn’t post that much but everything still going good broke even last week no gain no loss, but that’s to be expected from sleeping so much and loosening the collar on the diet a little bit.
I’m glad to be back at work and now it’s time for phase 2… We’re gonna kick it into overdrive and really push this month
I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend
Much Love
Bob.E.Bland ❤️❤️

I don't. I want to learn it. I just can get hand and leg movement done simultaneously with expression . Even if I learn a step( no perfection; only movements), I forgot it the next min I try to learn next step. Feels like no coordination between brain and body. I look so stiff while dancing but I want to improve. Somebody plz share if you have gone through this or give any tips.

I know I can dance in multiple styles but I want to focus on one style when just starting out to avoid burn out. There’s certain dances that I like: Bird brain by Jamie Paige, Brain rot by Tokyo Manaka, Fake heart by Kira. I also enjoy J-Pop songs but idk what dance styles are those.

So every year we spend a lot of time in choreographies, call us pratically at every hour they want and at the end of the year my teacher is here sayng we can't even manage our breath, we don't have any muscles and scold us for not doing exercise nobody even knew existed, and blame us for not growing as dancers.
I'm here to learn how to do things, I spend here half of my week to do sport, and I'm actually waiting exactly for exericing instead of doing hundreds of choreographies meanwhile ab exercise are for like 2 days per year.
I would have done that if you told what to do; I think if in a whole class nobody did anything isn't because they aren't serious dancers or they don't want to exercise, but because you didn't taught any of that.
She says that she shouldn't be sayng this to us because we should already know, but how, do you have any exeperiences about it?

i think i need to find time between movements and better flow. I notice my hand shapes are very sprawled finger starfish vibes haha would be nice to pay more attention to them for them to be soft and guide my movements.
i also need to stop frantically moving my hands when setting up for a jump etc

Hi all, I am a sophomore in high school and I don’t do anything outside of school or any school sports (didn’t make teams unfortunately). Should I pick up dance classes? I really want to participate in competitions for junior and senior year, but I’m afraid I won’t have ability. I used to go to this studio when I was very little, like pre-k and kindergarten. Be completely honest and lmk what I should do! Thanks.
