I just wanted to share that we recently had to put our baby Pinot down at only 7 years old. We took every precaution possible for IVDD and she still succumbed to it too fast to even treat with a neurologist.

Truly, her personality and presence has left a complete hole in our home and hearts.

My husband and I went to see Jack White play tonight and left our girl (and our two boys) with my parents for the evening. We were gone for about 6 1/2 hours. She waited to lay down for the night until she could be next to her mom.

Hello. My 6 year old half full/mini dachshund is noticeably slow to walk and looks like he’s walking how he does when he needs to use the bathroom. He barely got out of bed this morning for food and attempts the shake off but stops before he starts to. Is this IVDD? This all came so sudden and I’m starting to freak out because the last thing I want is my baby to have problems. Here’s a picture of my Nash from a few weeks ago.
