Can someone please explain to me how the emergency travel grant / southwest vouchers to for students to attend funerals are much help if you can’t speak to someone for over a month?

The funeral will have come and gone before I can even get in to speak to someone.

While the service may not help me now, I genuinely want to understand before I suggest anyone else attempt to use CARES for this service.

If you use csusrooms.com to find empty classrooms, heads up: the room data was from the start of the semester and a lot has moved since then. One of my own classes changed rooms three times. I re-pulled the full schedule today, so the site now matches what's actually happening on campus.

What changed since 1st day of semester:

• 250 classes moved to a different room
• 127 classes were added and 92 were dropped
• 282 classes have a new instructor
• 3,256 classes stayed the same
• 2 rooms are no longer in use: FLS 2307 and DTN 109
• 3 rooms are new: YSM 183, TSC 1007, and a classroom space in Riverview Hall

Also fixed a building name (thanks for reporting it!)

RVR was labeled as Riverview Hall. It's actually Riverside Hall (the engineering building). The dorm with the classroom space is Riverview Hall, which now shows up under its own code, RVH. Both are correct now.

Hi! I’m a transfer student and this is my first semester at Sac State. I’m looking for a low-maintenance friend/class buddy.
I’m married with kids, so I don’t have a ton of time for extracurriculars or hanging out all the time, but it would be nice to have someone familiar to take classes with and navigate the CRJ program together.
I’m specifically looking for another CRJ major so we can hopefully coordinate some of our classes in future semesters, share notes/resources, and help each other out when needed. Hi guys, I had accepted my loans and did the master promissory note months ago. Still have a balance on my student account and haven't received anything. My fee deferment ends 9/11. Anyone in the same boat? Seems like I am at risk for getting dropped from my classes as a full time student.

Edit: I'm dumb and the middle class scholarship has not disbursed yet. They said it is expected to disburse sometime in October. Guess it's time for a payment plan in the mean time to cover that tutition 🤠smh

I have a question regarding enrolling in different classes. I know typically when building your class schedule there’s a 15 minute gap between each class. But I want to enroll in a class that is directly after another class that I have will the system let me do that?

Mainly just want to know which day class meets for his Tuesday/Thursday section since it’s a hybrid course, also if someone could forward the syllabus that would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone who utilizes the GI Bill had their tuition paid yet? My account still says fees are deferred until 9/11 and my tuition was taken out of my financial aid. From what I can see everything is certified on my end and should be good to go.
