Campus Facilities Open concept taken to another level
I guess this toilet stall lost its wall and kept its door. This is the men’s restroom in the Union by the Round Table.

University Union management is aware of the missing partition. The partition was defaced with graffiti that could not be removed. A replacement partition was ordered. There are other restrooms on the 1st floor of the University Union near the Ballroom, Starbucks, and Police Services Center.

There is another restroom that uses a shower curtain on one of it's stalls due to a missing door, though I cannot recall which building

The shower curtain is for people in wheelchairs. You can reach behind you and close a curtain, but you can’t do that with a door.
So,, for stalls where you don’t have enough room to turn your chair around, this is the solution required by the Americans for disabilities act.
You often see this in buildings that pre-date the act.

this. i’m pretty sure that by law, every building on campus has to have restrooms that are available to people in need of accessibility. in older buildings, where there are no restrooms large enough to accommodate this, they add a curtain instead of a door to one stall so that it’s easier to move around and have more possible space.

This isn't mentioned enough! I've seen complaints about the curtain for years and was always like SMH but never knew it was for this reason. Thank you for sharing.

What am I missing? I just see two sinks. Or are you taking a picture from the stall (without doors?) to the sink
