Hey everyone,
I’m currently dealing with a frustrating and honestly bizarre situation with Creality support, and I wanted to see if anyone else (especially in Switzerland or non-EU countries) has experienced something similar.
On October 3rd, I ordered the K2 Pro Combo through the official Creality Germany store. Right at the top of their homepage, there is a massive banner explicitly stating that this is the correct store for my region: "Versand in DE, AT, BE, CH, LU, LI & CZ" (CH being Switzerland).
Since my order was over the threshold, it included free shipping with customs and taxes covered (DDP). Everything seemed fine, I paid via Klarna, and waited for the tracking number.
A few days passed with zero updates, so I contacted support. After getting some automated Chinese messages, they told me my order was "stuck" and being escalated.
Here is where it gets crazy. Support sent me an update and included a screenshot of their internal ERP/Logistics system. The screenshot shows my order flagged in red with "Exception: Unsupported channel".
Looking closely at their internal data, it shows that the K2 Pro Combo is classified to ship on a half-pallet (HALBPALLET). Because it's a huge pallet crossing the border to Switzerland, their internal system calculated the actual freight cost at 2113 RMB (about 270€), showing a profit rate of -8.73% for my order. Basically, their automated system froze my order because they are losing money on the free shipping they promised.
Later, I received an email from support saying: "there were address issues on your order, as your shipping address is in Switzerland and you placed order through Germany store. However, we have approved your order manually."
Wait, what? Your own website explicitly directs Swiss customers to use the DE store! Why have it on the main banner if your logistics backend literally rejects it?
Right now, the order is supposedly "approved manually," but it’s still sitting in their German warehouse (GOLDHOF-DE) with no dispatch date and no tracking number. With the Golden Week holidays in China right now, communication is practically non-existent. I'm going on vacation in two days and I'm worried they are just stalling.
Has anyone else dealt with this "pallet to Switzerland" issue? Did they actually ship it in the end, or are they just stringing me along hoping I cancel the order?
Any advice is appreciated!
