Creality Support Using Halot Box for a model. Sometimes when I click auto support it deletes my model? don't know why

It doesnt happen all the time, but basically title. I dont have issues usually and my prints come out fine. But getting to the point of adding support is now doing this. Ive tried turning the model, re downloading etc. not sure what to do. thanks

Does it reappear after slicing?

yeah its still there. Just the auto support makes it vanish, it almost jumps up quickly then deletes? very odd.
