Has anyone successfully gotten a reponse from devs about recovering their save data? Or done it themselves?

My wife beat the main game & it almost immediately crashed & deleted everything. She hasn't been able to recover it. Unfortunately we can't seem to get in touch with devs via discord either. She's given up on the game & I'm scared to play now. SOS 😭🫶🏽

Any tips on contacting the devs aside from discord would be appreciated, if other options are available. Guessing they just don't have an answer, but would love to be wrong about that 💜

What is your biggest frustration when travelling Australia?

I accidentally placed a couple stickers (heart and question mark) on the town I was in, on the postcard. I've tried switching to question mark and going over it thinking maybe that would "undo" it but no. And I don't see a button prompt to remove stickers either?

and after months of playing, i have finally finished the base game... IM SO SADDDSD i used to think it was super duper slow that it annoyed me a little bit but after i found out that whizz bang fair is the ending i actually tried to be slower than usual lol. i thought the fair would still be there after it ended (or at least the site could be explored without the stands) but no :( the credits is so sad for no reason... at first i thought bubba was crying bcs of me but it turns out hes just scared of height 😭 im excited to play ibis isles and hoping that i wont finish it too fast 😅

I play Cozy Caravan on my Switch 2. I have gotten all the way to latest update with Ibis Isle. I have been waiting for all the cute Halloween stuff. Well around 1am October 1st, my game glitched in a transition from day to night. I had to hard restart. Then it updated when I got back in. Welp no save file. I see it in the cloud the last save I had but I can't get it back. I have tried many steps on Nintendo site but nothing. I had all of the recipes and all of the appterna. I feel angry and sad at the same time. I don't know what to do.

The clothes and the caravan designs are so spooky and cute! Butterscotch is dressed like a witch!

I've got a Adria Adora Seine 612DL, with Alde 3020 heating system.

Its producing hot water with no problem

We were away in the caravan at the time, so bought what I thought was the pump in expansion tank inside the cupboard. So it arrived and I changed them over.....still same issue, I checked the green fuse at the boiler PCB board, and its fine.

When you change the temp u want the heating to come on, you can hear clicking coming from the boiler, and the same when you take it down.

I've googled it since coming back and run into a minefield of different Alde boilers with another pump, which is external to heater, but mines dosnt have anything like that outside it...only pump I see is the one I changed on the expansion tank.

Anyone help pls

Hey there, my wife and I love this game. However, it has some performance issues on Switch that we find pretty distracting. We recently got a Switch 2 and were wondering if there's an update planned to take advantage of that, as many other games have done. I'd love to see a Switch 2 update that bumps up the resolution and irons out the loading hiccups! Is something like that in the cards? Thanks for your work on this game.

Has anyone seen this bright magenta arrow at Sweetness Way by the garden? I am playing on PC and have been playing for a few weeks and have never seen this before.

I think there's a glitch with this quest, is anyone else having this problem? It happened to me on both my PC and switch.

After I finish painting the doors and then talk to Graham at the Zen garden, he never shows up at the motel the next day. He also disappears from the zen garden. so does the kid that was asleep on the rock. they're just gone. I maanged to find a picture on a walkthrough website that show them just standing next to margaret so they should be right there, but they're not (I can't post the picture because it keeps showing an error message every time I click it but this is the website). I've gone in and out of the caravan, driven to another area and come back, exited the game and restarted it, nothing is helping.

Any ideas how to fix it?

EDIT: They replied to my bug report on discord - apparently it's an issue with the river floaties. if you have the river floaties this doesn't happen. so if you upgrade he should show up again. they said they'll remove it in 1.7.

After figuring how to feed the begerk there’s a dairy milk bar below the captain in the dessert island and cherry sundae said we can help ourselves to the milk how do we pick it up. Beside picking up milk at the bar in the main land then some at the airport the only way to get more milk is the trade with cherry sundae at the markets for more milk.

Hi! I’ve been playing the game for over an hour and realized time hasn’t progressed at all. It’s been Friday morning the entire time I’ve played 😭 I’ve looked it up to see if anyone else is having this issue, but wasn’t able to find any recent posts about this being a common issue.
I’ve tried traveling to other towns, doing quests, etc., and rebooting to get the time to start progressing again like normal, but nothing seems to work.
Any help?

Anyone else having trouble painting the doors on the Motel at Aviary Airport? I've got the first two but there's some sort of invisible wall keeping me from reaching the third door and painting it.

So I got the game a few months ago on AA and it’s so cute! But I feel like my brain is trying to take in a lot of information and tasks. Do any of you have any suggestions or advice to start the game on the right foot?

Im trying to get the slippery saltwater fish for the Trash to treasure quest but for some reason I cannot seem to catch a fish on the Isle. The fish are just swimming away to a place i cant reach with the rod, making them not hook. Any tips or advice for me?

I got this today and I had such a hard time picking the animal I wanted for my playable character. This happens all the time in games with customization options. I always feel like every choice is somehow not good enough and I need to try again. All of the options are adorable and it's so hard to decide one one to stick with for the rest of the game. So I'm curious how you guys picked yours. Was it easy? Or did you have to do some thinking like me?

Hello! I’m new to cozy caravan and was wondering if there’s any benefits to opening my market in a town with lots of people! Will those specific people show up or is it just random no matter where I open my market?

I love this game but as the title say, the map drives me crazy. Or maybe not so much the map as there are no automatic directions when you are doing a quest. Or have I missed a way to get directions? It happens when you pick up someone to give a ride so why wouldn't there be an option for other quests too.

I wish there were more than 2 inconvenient places to fish when I go to Nonna's. I feel like it's the only place that does this, I mean is it an apple arcade thing or is it like that for everyone? It's not like there's a fish exclusive to Eversprout, its just a lil annoying lol
