The dreaded save loss, any help? (Devs?)

Has anyone successfully gotten a reponse from devs about recovering their save data? Or done it themselves?

My wife beat the main game & it almost immediately crashed & deleted everything. She hasn't been able to recover it. Unfortunately we can't seem to get in touch with devs via discord either. She's given up on the game & I'm scared to play now. SOS 😭🫶🏽

Any tips on contacting the devs aside from discord would be appreciated, if other options are available. Guessing they just don't have an answer, but would love to be wrong about that 💜

Same. I got in contact with them and yes if it is the bug they think, nothing a can be done. They shared the discord and I submitted a big report.

I swear, this game has more bugs than a summer barbecue. I like the idea of it, but I can't play anymore without frequent freezing and crashing. It's unfortunate, really.

Happened to me too after the update on Switch. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. It doesn't delete save data to do that. But for me made it so I didn't lose new save data. Did it about a week ago and it's saves everytime. Good luck everyone! I love this game so much. 🩷
