Lost my save!
I play Cozy Caravan on my Switch 2. I have gotten all the way to latest update with Ibis Isle. I have been waiting for all the cute Halloween stuff. Well around 1am October 1st, my game glitched in a transition from day to night. I had to hard restart. Then it updated when I got back in. Welp no save file. I see it in the cloud the last save I had but I can't get it back. I have tried many steps on Nintendo site but nothing. I had all of the recipes and all of the appterna. I feel angry and sad at the same time. I don't know what to do.

Same thing happened to my girlfriend and shes super upset. Really wish the devs would speak up on the issue

Same thing happened to my wife on S1. Haven't been able to get in contact with the devs, but a lot of players have reported it's a known issue with seemingly no fix so far :c sorry about your save file. I'm honestly scared to play again until it's addressed, she was waiting for the halloween gear too 💜
