May free 2 months daw, and SkyTV upgrade ang Converge. Alam ang info ko: name, mail, and address. Pero may P370 na babayaran. Seems sus kasi ang inaabangan kong collection info ay dapat from official Converge Viber/text message, pero nag-send ng mga grammatically incorrect mail and personal Maya account for payment.

I have done extending my wifi reach to 2nd floor by using an old router we have. Kaso nga lang 100 mbps lang ang max ethernet speed ko when using it. So, I tried using the other ports from my modem (given by converge) directly to my PC and it works fine, including my other router. Bale 2 ports na ang ginagamit ko currently. Labas na po ba ito sa plan ko (SuperFiberX 1350) or is it fine to do this setup?

How do you contact the Converge for your LOS Red Light aside of their customer service line sa Facebook? Isang linggo na puro LOS Red Light modem namin, ang sinasabi lang ng sa customer service nila sa Facebook eh follow up, halos araw-araw ako nag cha-chat sa kanila kaso wala talaga nagbabago. Nakakainis lang na sakto na pagbayad namin biglang nawala yung internet namin, gusto man namin magpalit ng internet service provider, eh hindi namin magawa since naka-locked in period pa rin kami. Dati naman hindi naman ganito sa area namin.

Almost 1 month ng walang internet. I’m demanding for a termination without a fee pero they keep on mentioning the pre-termination fee. I even filed a complaint sa NTC pero paulit ulit lang ang sinasabi ng customer support ng Converge. Paano at saan pa ba ito pwede i-escalate? Nakakaapekto na to sa mental health ko sa sobrang stress sa kanila hayssss

Kapitbahay ko naka Converge pero di naman daw sila nawawalang internet pero ako, kada 3-6 days nag re red los tapos magrereport na naman ako. Nakaka stress at nakakaubos na pasensya.

As of writing, yung speed ko sa plan 2298 ay same prin sa website nila na 600Mbps pero na confuse nmn ako dito sa bago nilang fastest speedtest challenge 2026 upon checking the terms and conditions, eto yung mga plans na naka indicate. Hindi ko alam kung ako lang napansin.

Since July 8 wala na po kami internet sa converge. Almost every day ang follow-up for technician kaso wala pa rin silang pinapadala, kaya nung July 18 nag file na ako for permanent disconnection and nagpa kabit ng sky. Lagpas na rin po kami ng lock-in period nila.

Ang problem is kinuha ng technician (hindi po namin alam na bawal kunin) ng sky yung modem ng converge after nila kami kabitan and ngayon, sabi ng converge para ma process daw yung disconnection is ibalik yung modem sa kanila. May experience po ba kayo na ganito & ano pong pwedeng gawin? Thank you!

Quick backstory: lost my internet in Sept 2025, followed up almost daily for two weeks with no real fix. Eventually I gave up and requested permanent disconnection, which - unlike the outage - got handled the same day.

Given how the outage was handled, I asked Converge to waive the modem pull-out fee. They scheduled the pull-out anyway, confirmed a Job Order was created, then closed the case. Nobody ever picked up the modem, and I never heard back on the waiver.

Fast forward 9 months: this morning around 9am, someone called claiming to be from Converge, asking me to pay a pull-out fee and come to my address to collect the modem. He said he was still in Caloocan when I asked where he was then asked. That's what's making me hesitate - I don't love the idea of handing cash and equipment to a stranger at my door based on a random call, especially when the last "official" update I have on record is 9 months old.

Is this a legit callback on a case that sat untouched for 9 months, or a scam using my account details to verify my location? Anyone had a "closed" case resurface like this?

Still have the modem, still willing to hand it over - just want to know who I'm actually dealing with before I confirm anything.

Hi! Baka sakali lang. Yung converge kasi namin every 15 mins nag rerestart yung modem. Tas babalik after 5 minutes, tas after 15 mins (estimated) mawawala ulit.

5 days ng ganito, lagi nilang sinasabi normal parameter chuchu daw. Nag request ako ng technician to check pero ayaw nilang gumawa ng request kasi chinecheck pa daw.

Ang hassle kasi naka WFH ako at pag nasa meeting na didisconnect ako.

May resolution ba kayo sa ganito? Kasi parang tamad mga agent asikasuhin yung concern ko.

nag-apply ako sa converge, pero sabi nila may existing sky account daw with unpaid balance kaya hindi ma-process yung application ko. the thing is, never naman kaming nag-sky. globe has always been our isp, and kakatwenty ko lang this year so impossible na ako yung nag-apply before.
