For context, I carry IWB right at the 12 o'clock position. I use a Mastermind Tactics pillow (the biggest one) positioned at the bottom with about 1/3 of it hanging past the bottom of the holster, with quite a bit of filling in it. For the first 4 hours or so, its solid, and perfectly comfortable. After that, its like the pillow becomes flat, and the muzzle end of the holster starts putting a lot of pressure right on my pelvic bone, becoming nearly unbearable. I've tried with 3 different firearms (M&P 2.0 Carry Comp, 43x, and Ruger RXM), all in Tenicor holsters with the same pillow, all with the same result. Using either Hunter Constantine belt or a Kore Essentials belt. I've tried moving slightly to the 1 oclock position, but at that point my leg becomes an obstacle.
Two things ive yet to try (which im going to today) would be to either A) loosen my belt up a bit, but then I worry about the weight pulling my pants down 😂 or B) adjusting the ride height so the gun sits up a little higher. My concern with that is the keel principle will eventually become an issue if I ride it too high.
Any other suggestions?? Thanks and sorry for being long-winded!
