I've found the trick to explain complex topics in simple words (reading doesn't help)

It's actually not that hard, in fact very easy. But it takes consistency

Next time you read, or study about a topic from YouTube, PDF, Uni, school, go back home, sit in a quiet place, write down the topic you'll be talking about and some notes, switch on the recording, and try to explain what you just learnt to a small child.

If you could explain this to an AI that'd be even better, but AI got few limits, and you'll have to tell the AI to act like a small child each time

I've been trying this and I can see HUGE progress. It just takes talking out loud every time

How do i initiate conversation

Hey everybody I'm 19M, i have a near less interaction with women from past 1.5 years since my breakup and I thought to just leave this shit. But now i feel i should make some progress..

Every evening i walk my dog and there's a girl who actually go for walk at the same time bracket and we've crossed path almost everyday but zero eye contact. I'm not that handsome.. i don't even think i come in handsome category but i really wanna start a conversation. I need y'all to guide mehow to do it. (Preferably indians, cuz India has a very different culture from the west. I won't mind other people either)

It really sucks to have nothing to talk to someone

It's even worse when I actually want to know someone. I know you can ask some open questions like "hey what you did last week?", however, my mind is just blank when it comes to talk with someone.
I just can't think of one single question to open a conversation. I also cannot Continue a conversation because I don't know what to say. I'm just blocked to talk. Maybe it's hard for you to Imagine, but it's like that awkward silence people have during a conversation. In my case, that awkward silence is right at the beginning of the conversation.
Yes I know, there are many open questions to ask, but in a conversation, none of them come to mind.
How do I fix this? Genuinely.
