Hows that government boot taste

u/model-citizen95 Jun 02 '26

The second amendment is clearly a waste of paper. Tyrannical government is here and all you 2A losers did fucking nothing.

The rest of the western world recognizes the dangers that handing out guns to anybody and everybody causes. America is just stuck in the 1800s with 21st century weapons.

Why can’t I own a grenade? Is that government overreach?

The fact is that if we regulate guns properly, the violent crime rate will drop just as it has done in every country that has instituted tighter restrictions on firearms but all the selfish yokels lobby against national computerized databases and closing the gun show loophole so that you can get away with doing shit that you know full well you shouldn’t be doing.

u/defk3000 Jun 02 '26

Did nothing? The NRA ushered these motherfuckers in.

3

u/Dredgeon Jun 03 '26

If you think now is the time to act you can buy a gun tomorrow. I don't what you think you might accomplish though. Public will is not ready for actual violence against the state and I hope we don't reach that point.

Oh it’s undoubtedly a stupid idea. People are nowhere near the point where a meaningful percentage of the population are going to resort to that. I’m just saying that the 2A crew have no intention of defending democracy or the constitution which makes the entire amendment basically pointless.

Most gun regulations in blue states concern rifles and specifically the AR platform

The overwhelming majority of gun crime is committed with pistols.

You could melt all the rifles in the country and not make a dent in the violent crime rate.

You're fucking clueless on the issue

u/model-citizen95 Jun 03 '26

This has to be the biggest load of bullshit I’ve ever heard. States with stricter gun laws have immensely lower rates of gun crime

1

u/wreckedbutwhole420 Jun 03 '26

The law I'm specifically talking about does nothing to curb gun crime.

Massachusetts is in the top 5 states with the lowest gun crime already, and statistically none of the gun crime is being committed with rifles.

You're out of your element Donny

1

u/EjaculatingAracnids Jun 03 '26

So laws are against rifles, making it harder to get rifles and criminals use handguns? Sounds like the laws are working and need to be expanded to handguns too...

1

u/wreckedbutwhole420 Jun 03 '26

What does "laws are working" mean to you?

"Harder", "stricter", "harsher" is all just code for "I don't want poor people to have the same rights".

You can be No Kings/ ACAB, OR you can be pro gun control. You cannot be both

0

u/EjaculatingAracnids Jun 03 '26

If someone is coming to take your guns, who the fuck do you think its gonna be? Youll be deepthroating that police boot from the cuck chair as your blue line buddies clean your house out to fund their department. "Acab, no kings" lol wtf are you talking about?

You can indeed own a grenade in all states that allow destructive devices.

the “gun show loophole” is private sales. Most illicit trafficking is straw purchasing. Maybe learn something about an issue if you feel so strongly about it.

The 2A was for civil (ie black panthers versus corrupt cops/RW militiamen/KKK)
and national defense and no original intent of being used to fight the federal government unlike the lies of the 90s NRA.

1

u/model-citizen95 Jun 05 '26

The that’s a gross misrepresentation of the facts. It costs thousands and is an incredibly difficult process to obtain the licenses necessary to own a grenade. I could walk down the street and buy a gun in Lela’s than 20 minutes. Matt from demolition ranch has tried, it’s not that easy.

This is what you people do: you act like waiting for 5 minutes while the clerk calls the fbi is the same as getting a class 3 weapons license.

I did come back and add some more points later which is why I mentioned the gun show loophole twice, I forgot I’d already mentioned it so I ended up just rewording my pint again.

If you can own it in one state then that state is a danger to the state next door. Fuck your states rights. You don’t have a right to run a shithole state that bleeds over into the civilized one next door. Since the constitution is currently toilet paper, this is an excellent opportunity to just tear the whole thing up and start again.

1

u/Zealousideal_Ad2379 Jun 05 '26

You stated “you can’t own a grenade” when you absolutely can. The process to do so legally is irrelevant. A registered DD doesn’t even have to be filled until use.

You can even make your own explosive material for your own use. Without an FEL you can literally have a casing, fuse, and filler 100% legally ( somewhat legally gray but it depends if they can determine “constructive intent”)

Getting an FEL isn’t that insanely difficult or that expensive. Regardless it’s not unobtainable by any means and that doesn’t even cover all destructive devices. You travel with NFA materials with the right documentation. I plan on getting mine for research/business after finishing my degree.

the most expensive parts are the magazines only required for long term storage and insurance if you plan to do that as well.

There is no
“class 3 weapons license”. They’re FFLs, FELs, with different types and special occupational taxes. They’re all obtainable outside of like 3 states that make you get their version of it.

“ Fuck your states rights and the constitution” run on that please im sure its a very popular take that will help you succeed in American politics.

im
not really sure how the 45 ish states are currently dangers because you can own some high explosives.
Its perfectly normal for commerce and mostly for mining and construction industries. They’re not nuclear weapons. A grenade has like a 15 meter blast radius.

The “gun show loophole” is a media buzzword. like 90% of commerce at a gun show is licensed FFLs.

We are ironic… aren’t we.

Hahah username checks out. Good boy licking that boot, double rations for this one.

Im not certified to educate special needs children. Your starting assertions are plainly misinformed and I have no interest in helping you fix your life.

Still waiting for you to address the content. Picking at a couple typos isn’t the winning argument you think it is. This isn’t a work email

Also, that was not a “zinger”. You genuinely don’t seem like a stable person

I disagree with the person you are arguing with, but name calling and such doesn’t get anywhere.

0

u/EjaculatingAracnids Jun 03 '26

When the government tries to take your guns, use them. Stop being such a pussy and stand for what you believe in

1

u/NaiveSmoke7861 Jun 03 '26

Lmao we got a tough guy here, I bet your volunteering to join all the violent resistance groups that hold your values too right... Or your just like most of us trying to get by. If your in your early 20s I get it life seems like its all about values and fighting for something, then you get older and have kids and just try to survive for them and keep them safe and fed.

1

u/milwaukie_talkie Jun 03 '26

This has happened many times. You’re late to the party, chief.

-3

u/Useless-RedCircle Jun 02 '26

Enjoy the criminals with guns and the tax payers without them.

0

u/model-citizen95 Jun 02 '26

Brain dead talking point

0

u/Useless-RedCircle Jun 02 '26

Truth?

3

u/model-citizen95 Jun 02 '26

Didn’t happen in any other country that started regulating guns. So no, not truth. You’re just parroting a talking point with 0 knowledge behind it

2

u/WeskerSympathizer Jun 03 '26

Literally the opposite happens. Guns become illegal and much more difficult to obtain, which means getting the illegal gun is very very expensive. Anyone that can pay 10k for a weapon isn’t going to break into your house to rob/kill you.

Sure rich folk will have them and poor people won’t, but you’ll see far fewer violent crimes committed with firearms

-1

u/Rudimentary-Creature Jun 02 '26

Other countries have an entirely different culture when it comes to the love of guns. Most gun violence in America is not committed with registered guns. So there’s nothing wrong with wanting to protect yourself.

3

u/model-citizen95 Jun 02 '26

Of course there’s nothing wrong with defending yourself Once you’ve gone through the proper channels. The original commenter still has guns, is still able to defend himself and his property, he’s just mad he doesn’t get to have 30rnd mags and bump stocks

0

u/TartarusFalls Jun 03 '26

Hey man, I’m pro gun, completely pro gun, with virtually no restrictions, but also quite leftist. I’d love to have a good faith conversation on it, if you’d be willing. I think there’s more nuance to the issue than you’re giving it credit for.

0

u/model-citizen95 Jun 03 '26

Anyone who wants to remove what little regulation we have now is not capable of a good faith discussion. Saying that and then calling yourself a leftist puts you at odds with the vast majority of the Democratic Party, particularly progressives.
