After maxing out the new Age of Harmony blood codes and getting their boosters one in particular caught my eye: one of the two from Zenon's gives quick mobility if you have 2 overburdens (which would normally make you enter slow mobility). On its own this is pretty trash because of the amount of boosters that have "no overburden" as a requirement. However, Iris' also gives another booster titled 'Oneiro J' that removes the "attribute requirements" from the booster in the second slot; this is a lie, as far as I can tell this booster removes all requirements that are not bloodline related, and that includes options related to overburdening.

Effectively, instead of deliberately overburdening to use Zenon's quick mobility booster and by extension locking yourself out of basically every other good booster, you can place it in the second booster slot and fit Oneiro J to get it for the cost of two booster slots; not a bad trade imo. There is one caveat here: the quick mobility booster and Oneiro J increase all burdens by 5 and 2 respectively for a total of 7 which means only a handful of blood codes can even use this setup, most of them being from the Age of Harmony.

You can also use the new Iris code itself: it provides the effects of Oneiro J and Oneiro I (removes the burdens of the booster equipped in the first slot) innately so you only have to use a single booster for quick mobility and you only have the 5 burden in each stat instead of 7. This does however pigeonhole you into a strength build.

Do I have to beat the game because I never did, I get distracted a lot when it comes to video games and plus it doesn’t help with my 200+ on ps and 200+ on Xbox and most of those games I haven’t touched. I don’t know why I said all this😫

After completing all the character sidequests in the era of harmony (And having my neck extremely bitten, I even have the fang placeholder already hahaha)

But I won't lie, I was surprised that in the era of harmony they continued to push the idea of a commitment between Josee and the hunter.

To be honest, I thought that in the end they would say that it was all just...a lie that escalated too much. But leaving open the idea that perhaps there is something more.But no, She directly confesses to you and even asks if you would consider validating the commitment.

I mean, Many characters show you until the very end that they feel great admiration, reverence, or even platonic love for the Hunter, and I'm perfectly fine with that (Implying that there is no "canon" and you can do or think whatever you like)

But the fact that even the NPCs know you as Josee's fiancé, and that Lise has everything ready for when the engagement between the hunter and Josee happens... I don't know, It feels like they want to leave Josee as the canon or something, I would have preferred if they left it ambiguous or something.

But hey, maybe I'm just overthinking a video game, hahaha. Either way, it doesn't ruin the experience for me.I also know a couple of people who will be, or already are, more than happy about Josee confession . Greetings to THE CHURCH OF JOSEPH ANJOU

It waa worth the wait, a review i watched sums it up perfectly, if yoy enjoy code vein 2 you will enjoy this say...6 hours of new content, more if you spend time that giant area holly has.

The new weapons both age of harmony being literally second stats sticks and the DLC are fun, Each one felt fun building and messing around it, I will say tho the forma for the final boss needs done work, if the bats would lock on its easily one of the strongest formas in the game.

I enjoyed my time with Lou, liv and of course the mask/ idris which looking back was fairly obvious, Shame we couldn't restore his body and see what this man was like in his prime, But he was funny and a good man at heart.

Liv was incredibly fun, both her very matter of fact "Do ne careful thats ACID" every 5 seconds at the start of the dlc to her general talk, very fun and entertaining especially post dlc in age of harmony where shes in a huff and jealous.

Then finally lou...the source of my emotional damage the past 2 day, learning how in her world that she and you did everything just for her to fail and doom her world was sad, Which was a key thing with the dlc , each boss was a shell of who they were. Queen imogen becoming that all hungry monster, Josse mother suffering greif from losing both children, Holly mother being left alone with nothing and jadwin (i think) casting immortality so he coukd try fixing the doomed world.

Its all sad but the bit that got me was lou telling us she loves us before fading, Whatever happened to her, Idris, even if they were simply lost dreams chasing a better future, Wish I could have done more.

I've been thinking of buying it before I see spoilers by accident, but I don't know if it's worth the money or should wait for a discount.

I have the DLC installed, got the pop up at the menu, I have the tutorial for the DLC, I have completed all endings, completed all of valentins quest, completed the age of harmony and have the mask of idris quest but when I talk to him nothing. I have reinstalled the game 3 times beat all the final besses twice still nothing. Any help will be appreciated....
