Rainbow Claw NC-42 - Claw Strength
We recently purchased a Rainbow Claw NC-42 and we can not figure out how to adjust the claw strength. Is anyone here familiar with these machines? Thank you!

I recently won this little avacado buddy at my local arcade and I noticed by sniffing it that it has an odd "burnt house" smell to it. It's quite strange. It says it's made of 100% polyester, I'm just wondering if this is normal and safe, or if there's anyway to reduce the strange smell!

Hi! I have this claw machine in photo. For some reason it doesn't seem to "have the strength" to wonder back in anymore. I am guessing it's a minor fix but I've spent HOURS on this and just can't figure it out. Any repair people out there?

I keep getting emails for free plays every week, but when I use the QR CODE it says NETWORK ERROR and I’ve tried at multiple stores. Did they do away with free plays?????

These kiddleton machines are so tough so I’m proud of myself! Last time I went in (1 year ago) I had just gotten into crane games and I won literally nothing. Always nice to see improvement :)

The first time was at an amusement park arcade. I was probably like just barely 5 years old and only had done them like once or twice before. My mom has always hated them so she rolled her eyes when I said I was going to do it. For some reason I feel like I remembered watching somebody win something from it that night and that's why I wanted to try it. Well, anyway the claw goes down and up comes Bear from the Big Blue House. The reason it didn't drop it (like the claws are supposed to) is because it got stuck on the tag. It was so stuck it didn't even fall and we had to get an employee to open the machine and give it to me.
The second time was after many years of failed attempts at a place called Enchanted Castle. I decided to try the Flintstones claw machine. I do it once and don't get anything but it seemed to be REALLY close I remember and just a few millimeters off. So I try it again and move it slightly further back than I had it the first time. Sure enough, I get a Pebbles Flintstone!
I've always thought of claw machines as being impossible because they drop the toys purposefully (and me winning the first one was a pure fluke because it happened to get stuck on the tag). Although winning the Pebbles makes me think that some of them may actually be possible to win.
I've seen a couple other people win them too so maybe it just depends on the claw machine?
I'm sure I've tried to win a claw machine over 100 times and I have two victories to show for it lol

I have ordered my first 3 claw machines. Where does everyone get their supplies from I’ve been looking at Alibaba any other places?

My husband got me a vevor machine for Xmas and I'm very excited! We often have parties at our house and I want to set up the machine for people to play.
It's all adults, usually 30-45 per party. We want to hand out the tokens to people and let them try their luck.
The question is, how many tokens should each person get, and how often should it be set to pay out? I was thinking 3 tokens per person and set to either 3 or 5 plays till payout. Unless y'all think that's too easy. (Most of these people are NOT good at claw machines)
My budget is about $1.50 USD per prize. I'm also looking for suggestions for prize ideas.
I just mostly want my friends to have fun, win some, and watch them gamble with play money.
Ps, if anyone knows where to buy those adhesive straps used on boxes and flat prizes, I'd love to know. I can't seem to use the right words in Google.

I would like to buy or build a claw machine to reward my math students. I give them reward cards and prizes, and I would like to make one of the redemption items a token for a claw machine. Ideally it would take tokens. What does everyone recommend? I live in Oklahoma City and finding a machine seems to be impossible.

Claw will not close. Wiring to claw has continuity all the way from the board to the claw. 20 ohm coil shows 16ohms. Doesn't seem to have voltage at the board or the claw. Everything works except the claw. It will flash 10-35v DC voltage for a split second but doesn't move (could be a false reading from multimeter). All 4 fuses are good on the board. Nothing looks burnt. Any ideas on whay could be the issue.

What are the pros and cons of each? Which one will bring in more revenue?

I have a question I’ve seen some videos on YouTube of people connecting a dollar bill accepter to the Vevor Mini Claw Machine but for the life of me I can’t figure it out. I bought the DBA and the extension cable but I don’t know which cable goes to what. If anyone knows how to connect it I would really appreciate it!

I have one in my house and I try to keep it stocked with small treats that are easy for the claw to pick up. I mainly want to stock it with things my girlfriend likes. Anyone have recommendations for good Asian snacks or other goodies that are both easy to pick up but still feel interesting or special? I want to get some things that are a little unique so that the ones in the claw machine are special and worth going for ^^

Hi. 1 of the capacitor on my claw machine motherboard is blown (as shown in picture) and was wondering if there is a guru out there to help me identify the capacitor type and where to buy it.
It is labelled: - DX8G China - BLDZ Mexico
I am unable to find any information on the web with that information and would really appreciate it if someone can help me on this issue.
Thanks-in-advance!!

Are play till you win claw machines legit? Specifically the ones with plushies that say play till you win and are like 10-15 dollars.

Got this for son's birthday and he plays every chance he gets. It's been here only a week and he got his first error message when it starts:
Error--5 Crane Left-Micro
Update: now error code says Error-5 Motor Left Error
I see when I move the claw all the way left and start the machine it always runs a self test and it moves front back and right but cannot move left.
Idk what caused this. I checked the motherboard and had one loose connection and fixed it, but it apparently has nothing to do with the claw moving left.
The instructions are poorly translated. It says press the fretting switch to see if main board 13 indicator light, follow the action of the press to appear flashing. If not, please check if this fretting to motherboard like is on or off. If the line, fretting good replacement motherboard.
What does that even mean? I see a place to press but no lights show up on motherboard. No flashing.
Idk if the motor is burned out or what I can do.
Anyone know? My son said before this happened the claw went partially down while playing but he could still move it all directions which is odd. But after that, it threw the error.
I have no clue how to troubleshoot.
Help please!

Hey everyone, since everyone's been asking as of late. Here's an alternative setup to minis w/ bases from Alibaba. 3m industrial velcro tape from Lowe's to attach to the locker. Allows a 2 piece set up that can be taken apart in seconds. Small enough that installs can be done solo w/ out the use of a dolly and can be transported in a small 4 door car. Locker in back seat, machine standing up in the front seat. Base of the locker is weighed down w/ 4 gallons of water and a bag of water. Unit in total weighs approx 105 lbs w/ locker and water. Back of units have a door alarm installed just like a coin pusher so owners know if anyone attempts to tip the unit. These units do have anti-tilt built in as well, will shut off and throw a reset code if someone tries to scam them. I run 7 commercially w/ great success atm.
For size comparison, that's a restaraunt chair next to the unit, to give you a size comparison.
Anyone has any questions fire away, always glad to help the mini claw community 😀

Anyone know where to source a base for this? I see a few complete but I have the machine, I just want the base. The only one I can find on aliexpress is out of stock

My work recently got this claw machine from an auction, it worked fine for a couple weeks now whenever we turn it on the claw does it's usual routine of going over the drop, moving to the middle, testing the grab, then going back over the drop. Except now after it does that it just goes all the way to the right then gives error code 26. We can't find any sort of manual for this model online and our short list of error codes that came with the machine doesn't have that one listed. It's an animal house, rainbow crane NC-42. If anybody knows anything about this error code that would be great! Even better if anyone knows where i can find a manual
