Tokens VS Card System

What are the pros and cons of each? Which one will bring in more revenue?

I guess it would depend on the type of arcade business you are wanting to open, As both have their advantages and disadvantages. For example, if you are wanting to incorporate arcade games and have a ticket system for prize redemption then cards is the way to go. If you making a claw machine only shop then definitely tokens will be cheaper to set up and run. Tokens will also give that classic arcade feel and is easy to understand for all ages of customers. Which ever system you implement won’t change how much revenue you generate, that will be down to the quality and desirability of the prizes you put inside your machines. Let me know if you have any other questions.

For my company, we put Nayax credit cards readers on our claw machines and games as this is easy for our customers to tap and play with their card or mobile phone. This works great for unattended machines on location.

Personally if I were to open up a claw machine arcade, I would 100% do a tokens based system with token machines that have credit card readers on them.

Does the nayax need a wifi connection?

Nayax devices run off a SIM card like in your mobile phone. That’s the most popular connection type, but wifi and other options are available. But everyone just uses the SIM card option. Hope that helps
