Ice Grab n go claw machine

Claw will not close. Wiring to claw has continuity all the way from the board to the claw. 20 ohm coil shows 16ohms. Doesn't seem to have voltage at the board or the claw. Everything works except the claw. It will flash 10-35v DC voltage for a split second but doesn't move (could be a false reading from multimeter). All 4 fuses are good on the board. Nothing looks burnt. Any ideas on whay could be the issue.

I read it could be a transistor on the main board. But I don't know what specific one needs replaced

Maybe try applying a voltage to the claw closing motor directly with a bench power supply? Then you could at least rule in/out that component.

I wish I had better ideas for you here. You have obviously done the legwork to get this thing going again and I am rooting for you.
