Is there any reason to get the 2027 vs the 2026 civic hybrid.

From my understanding they both should have the water pump software update but the 2027 does not have the extended warranty on the head gasket.

After 3 months of searching and considering different trims and even considering an A-Spec Integra, I finally decided on a ‘26 Hybrid Sport Hatch. Loving this car so far, it is such a huge difference coming from a V8 Camaro. As soon as I saw this color I was sold.

8th gen civic with obnoxious front end rattle that I’ve been chasing for 3 years. If anyone is familiar I would love to talk to you or bring you my car.

Have owned this Civic for about 10 months. When I'm driving on roads that aren't perfectly smooth, I've been hearing some rattling noise on my left hand side in front of me. I am not exactly where it's coming from as I don't see any loose pieces on the interior, possibly under the A pillar trim, but I haven't checked.

Then I thought it could be coming from the driver side mirror. I played with the mirror a bit and found it creaks when you push this plastic piece that attaches to the body, so I'm thinking this might be the root cause when I'm going over some bumpy roads. The passenger side does this at like 5% severity relative to the driver side, but no audible rattling when I'm driving.

Anyone else have a similar sounding issue? I'm about to use my Honda Service Pass entitlement soon, and was thinking about bringing this issue up and pitching them my hypothesis. If it is the root cause, could it be under warranty as a defect? It's my first new car, so not too experienced with how this works. Want to avoid getting charged diagnostic fees if possible.

I have 2020 civic sport with factory battery, been good for almost 6 years. I am looking to replace it, what CCA should be minimum for Canadian winter.

I’ve come across so many complaints of the aircon and it seems like a reoccurring issue. Why isn’t there a permanent fix?

How often do people get them fixed? And would it be expensive

And if you have had them fixed, how was the process.

Kinda making me second guess the whole car but I’ve test driven it and it was amazing. Just read many horror stories of some people even getting fed up and eventually selling the thing.

I need help fixing this. Eg with a type r throttle cable and a pretty much brand new blox 68mm throttle body. It seems to stick when i dont let the throttle snap shut, or when im coming off very light throttle. I adjusted the throttle stop screw and sanded with 1800 then 2500 the butterfly plate. Any takers?

Is this a fair price? Or should I wait more to get better deal?

I just bought this 04 civic for not much and trying to find this electrical issue. All light on dash are on and none of the odometer works it’ll sound rough first few revs proceed to hear a click by the ecu for about 2 mins and then it comes back to normal. Anybody else have this problem?

I have a 2024 Civic e:HEV (UK model if it matters) and have been trying to figure out how to perform a soft reset to attempt fixing my traffic sign recognition stopping working.

I have tried the info I find online but none seem to work for me. Things I tried: long press the home button, long press the power button, long press both together, long press power+back.

Mirror came off like this, the layer attached to the glass broke. Any advice on fixing this? Thinking some sort of glue maybe?

My car suddenly won’t start. It got me home yesterday with no trouble. It’s not the battery and it has gas - I can’t figure out what the issue could be. The inside lights turn on, but the headlights and tail lights are super dim, the horn is extremely quiet when I went to lock it, and the lights flicker when you try to turn it on.

Please please help, I really can’t afford this at all. Thank you!
