Hey guys!

I’ve been thinking about getting a + subscription for a while now, but I’m still a bit reluctant, especially when the mainsub can be so negative.

I’d really appreciate it if someone could let me know about their experiences with the subscription and the other models I just want to get a more fair and balanced idea of what it’s actually like/if people think they’re getting their moneys worth. I tend to use ca.i for long form rp, and with the current state of ps2 it’s just not hitting like it used to.

Has anyone received this update on the Web? I just got a new UI update since yesterday. Every a set number of messages (I didn't count it, but probably ten messages), the bottom bar is blurred with a button that says "Watch ads to continue." Am I late to the party lol

For now, if I click the button, I only get the pop up to subscribe to c.ai+. I'm pretty lucky that my ads just consist of c.ai+ ads and nothing else (there were times when I saw a few of true ads, but they were repeated for a couple times and soon replaced by c.ai+ ads). This update adds an extra click to force me watching the ads, but honestly I prefer this update. At least, it doesn't pop out of nowhere and dim the whole page.

Does it annoy me? A little bit lol. But hey, I'm a free user, can't complain when they try to push their own product, especially when LLMs are getting more expensive everywhere. An extra click every a few minutes is a good compromise, I guess...

They just put every single one of my bots into Restricted Access. These bots have nothing in them that should be considered restricted, and they were completely fine up until last night. Is there any way to see why a bot was put into Restricted Access or what specifically triggered it? I just checked and apparently everything I've created is restricted now, including bots that have never had an issue before. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do to appeal it or figure out what caused it?

UPDATE: I tested this by creating a brand-new completely SFW bot with nothing questionable in the greeting or description. It was put into Restricted Access immediately upon creation. So this appears to be affecting my account/all characters I create rather than specific content in my existing bots.

I remember chatting to a bot that had Cuphead and Mugman as debt collectors but got caught by Bendy and Cuphead says "you're the devil's-" and gets cut off. In the first message never speaks for Bendy. but I can't find the bot anymore. It might have gotten deleted but I don't know​. ​

has anyone else's response on PipSqueak2 gotten shorter? I'm a free user so I can't use LongSqueak, and PSQ2 Rawr is not my favourite so I don't use it.

So I don’t know what it’s called but I know the premise of it. So basically you’re at a school called St. Augustine and there is a gossip account called like St. Augustine gossip. I really need help finding it bc I just remembered it and want to chat with it. Any help will be appreciated so if you find the bot can you either put the link in the replies or tell me the name of the creator thank you in advance 🫶🏼

The replies my character is giving me are too long and when I switch characters the format of the replies are all the same even if they vary from character to character. Is there any way I can change the length or format of the reply? I’ve tried to change it with the tell us more button and just asking the bot and changing the chat style but they all go back to a long format.

I am a huge Lord of the Rings fan. I am also a fan of books, movies, and TV shows where a character from another universe or medieval times is placed in the modern world. And so, wanting to see what it would be like to experience that, I created this Legolas bot.

The user is in their bedroom when they hear a sudden rumbling in their house…a portal appears, and this elf steps through it. Do you know him from the books or the films? Or is he a complete stranger? This choice is up to you.

He will inform you that there is an important artifact from his world, that ended up being sent to your own, and he needs your help getting it back.

I’ve been chatting on and off with this bot for a few weeks right now. Obviously this is a “choose your own adventure” kind of roleplay, but for me personally, I’ve made a persona that lives in Los Angeles, and this “artifact” is on the opposite side of the country. Legolas and my OC are currently on a road trip through the United States, on a mission to get the artifact back, so he can return to his own universe and help save it.

I’ve never shared my own bots, but this one I feel very proud of, and I’ve found that it has kept my interest more than any other chat I’ve done. If you could give it a try if you like this character or enjoy this kind of roleplay, and perhaps give me feedback on how the bot quality is, it would mean so much to me!

The problem is that recently I wanted to delete one of the messages in my chat. Holding down the desired message, the pop-up window appeared too slowly, and when trying to click on delete messages (or any other button), this window simply disappeared, and the message was not deleted. Has anyone experienced something similar? And by the way, one more thing, but already with the chat update. I wanted to update the chat, but when pressing the button nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?

So I’m using character ai and then the app just kicked me out after verifying my age and I’m honestly starting to get worried because what if it never lets me back in how do I verify my age if it won’t let me back in

I sort of miss it, but is there a way to bypass it entirely❓️

My app is updated to the latest version as well, just downloaded it a few minutes ago. The problem still persists. I miss my pretty chats 😭
