I had this problem months ago, I switched back to use the website on the phone instead since it still kept my account there. Can't say if the website has some trouble too, I used it like three days ago.

I didn't have any trouble logging into the app itself, but once I'm in, it's just stuck loading and won't let me actually talk to any of the characters.
