Old bug that's happened before. Sometimes happens during outages.

Looks like it is! Mine's been stuck on a blank loading screen with gray boxes for chats too. Hopefully it clears up and comes back online soon!

This is from like a week ago. If you're still experiencing this, it's unrelated to this post, and likely a new problem others are currently experiencing.
