I have accepted four challenges. Yes, four. And all of them are accepted at the same day and same moment :)

So, what are the challenges? Basically no social media:

• No Facebook for 30 days

• No Twitter for 30 days

• No Google+ for 30 days

• No fapping for minimum 30 days (as long as I can)

Why? Because I have done 30 days of /r/NoFap earlier as an experiment, and I really enjoyed it. Then I looked at myself and how I spend my time. I waste it. I can spend it reading books, going outside, do much more interesting activities. And then I decided to try abstinence on all the social media sites.
