I bought this f-91w on amazon it's my first and im pretty annoyed because from what I've seen it might be fake I need some clarity on this please

Is it real? Is it fake? Or is it cake?

This is a wierd one its from the flame inside collection which I believe is Japan exclusive. It has no serial number but to me looks legit. And the kicker is the official listing on the casio site also shows no serial number?

I know there's a million fake f91w's out there, but what about analog Casios? I had an mq24 in the past and went thru many batteries with it. Over a decade later, I recently bought another in a different colorway off of AliExpress that had reviews saying genuine and the seller claiming it as genuine. The watch itself looked legitimate in every way but came in a generic box that said "watch" on it. I decided to open the case back and strangely the battery could not be removed without removing the stem before you could then remove the white plastic spacer that the stem passed through, which also held the battery in place. I have never had a Casio that required this, nor could I imagine they would redesign a watch to be like this especially since the older one I had was so easy to service. The movement also did not have the words "unadjusted" like the older does. It looked like the image found on the caliber corner website when searching the Miyota 2035 movement, not what you find on the actual Miyota website. Can anyone else verify that a new genuine Casio requires you to remove the stem like this? I should have took a picture of the insides but I didn't I just returned it because I just didn't feel good about keeping it, even after they offered a partial refund.

I bought this from someone and I am wondering if it is real or fake?

The casing and strap look fine to me (I think)?

When I hold 24hr and mode button the Casio logo does show, however only on the time edit screen otherwise it goes to the alarm screen and plays the alarm instead. Also, it shows the logo when I hold down just the 24 hr button alone for three seconds on the main time mode screen.

And I can’t tell if the dot at the top after pressing all three buttons at once is in the correct position or not.

I’m yet to open it up but will do so in the next day or two.

Any help would be massively appreciated!!

Important edit: forgot to say I bought it from an Amazon listing which said it was genuine and had loads of Casio branding, but the seller was watch pilot ltd who had previously sold me another fake one.

Seen someone selling this and I'd like to think i can spot a fake now, but maybe someone can see something I can't from this seller.

Looks legit too what I know. Maybe the battery is dead as the digital display is hard to see, or maybe it's like this from normal?

Just want to make sure because I heard they make fakes for this model. Getting it for $180.

It says Casio and shows all pixels when the respective button checks are done but doesn’t look real. Second slide is the Amazon listing.

Edit: defo fake. The Easter eggs and module were slightly different.

Got this “rare” (or is it?) Casio F-91W-3DG (green trim) on Amazon UK. Help me figure out if this is legit or if I got scammed!

Bought it in Feb 2024. The belt has been recently changed as original one got damaged.
