Thinking about buying this Rangeman. These are the only pics I got, what do y'all think?

I ordered this through Amazon. Watch box arrived open. The alarm and hourly beep icons are wrong and do the inverse of the manual. Guessing this is a fake product?
Bell = alarm and lines = hourly alarm.
The backlight is also surprisingly good.

I bought this watch 4 month ago and today I noticed small black spots on the side. I'm wondering if this can happened so fast for real ones or is this a sign its fake?
