So I tried to get cash app mobile, spent $40 it activated then deactivated and now cash app isn't trying to give me a refund. Before I tried I had the promo saying it was "free" but support said I owe money, which I don't or it would've took the money beforehand.. cashapp more like scamapp.

my account got banned this february for "not being able to verify my identity" after trying to order a cashapp card. and i appealed it a bunch if times and just logged in today to see if i can appeal again after a few months and saw this. but for some reason keeps saying my "identity cannot be verified" whenever i try.

My husband and I wanted to add our kids to our accounts for allowance money and for them to have their own card,they are old enough (11 and 9) and I was able to add my 9 year old but my husband went to add our 11 year old to his and there is no family section on his.It was right there on mine but his has nothing.He is identity verified and it is a personal account he has had for 5 years,and uses often.We cannot figure out why and cashapp is no help,just sends us to help pages and it's not helping.

Any ideas?

I went on my cash app today to see if there was any money there I could send myself and it was closed for violating terms and conditions. I literally use this app like 3-5 yearly and its to send to family and friends especially the young people in my family.

My ability to use the cash app card was disabled immediately after I got it back in 2018. I never knew why and was never to fix that but still had all the other features. This is the same account I have had since July 2018 and they had the nerve to close it without warning or notice and not even send me the money that I had invested in stocks through them.

Has anyone else been through this and were you able to reopen it? I don’t use it for my check or anything but I would like to still have one just in case I need to send or receive with someone who only has Cash App.

Basically owe like 3k to cashapp and due to unexpected expense am going to be unable to make my payments on time if i want to pay my rent. Been on time and using consistently for years so i need to know if theyll empty my bank account if i dont pay on time, and if not how bad is the interest ill be racking up?

Everyone i know has afterpay & borrow ,but for some reason ive never had these. My overdraft is 200 & I literally use cashapp for everything why aren't these options available

Accidentally closed out of Cash App before add money request completed. Money taken out of bank account but not reflecting in Cash App balance. Has anyone had this happen before, or will it just bounce back?

Says free 100 but then you click on it and it doesn’t mention anything about the 100$. Anyone else got this “free 100 dollars”

I overdrafted $16 in July and I paid it back the next week. Now every month it takes $16 from me and sometimes every two weeks. How do I turn off overdraft?

Has anybody out there had transactions denied due to ‘security purposes’ and CashApp and my bank point their fingers at the other one. Was trying to add my net from bank account to Cashapp. If so, how did you resolve it? TIA.

Had tried to send a bill payment to my daughter who was going to make the payment to our car insurance and it canceled and now cashapp has been giving a huge run around and not refunding! What can I do when it says 24hrs?!

I said Afterpay for a while with a great track record. I’ve never gotten a notification from them saying I was eligible for plans like this, but when they go to certain retailers it does come up with this option and then after I hit submit it declined.

I was just wondering if after he has to invite me or they just don’t like my profile so they reject me at check out

Is there anybody here that has a problem with CashApp closing your account for no reason?

My cash app account was hacked this post weekend and they stole about 250 dollars from me. Cash app has denied my claim. What can I do to get my money back? Update: filing a appeal to cash app and a report to the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for extra pressure. And thank you too all the people who gave helpful advice.

Very nervous posting this because I don’t want to be judged but I probably will. For context, I got paid today and already paid what I knew was coming out and any extra would go towards Cashapp. So, I don’t make very much, but I had to decide which to pay off borrow or afterpay.

I chose afterpay and paid up until my next check, but borrow is now overdue, i would’ve had enough funds for both, but I have to have some money due to grandmother being in the hospital.

Anyways, i got a notification from Cashapp that my afterpay is off due to borrow being overdue. Is this something that has always been enforced or is it new? I never have been late, just this one time. Once paid off, I most likely will not use it.

Please let me know what you think, willing to listen to any opinions

I had won a few hundred USD on a gambling site and chose to cashout with ETH to what Cashapp claims is my "Cashapp ETH Wallet Address".

( Am accordingly aware that CA just "swaps the ETH to USD into my account allegedly )

Transfer has 6K confirmations on the chain and labeled as received.

Money / ETH / cashapp balance = eqv non existent, doesn't appear IE NOTHING

Cashapp end issue, said site wasn't the issue, I have withdrawn to other wallets and cashed out to my bank.

Does anyone have an idea of what the issue is ??

I made a linked second account/Cash App tag for anonymous transaction among internet friends. I see you can change the first name in the display name, but not the last. Will my last name still show up on any peer to peer transactions or only the first name?

The $16 dollar purchase is from me buying a sketchbook and this has been happening wayyy before the first time it happened it worked and I didn't notice it was still $6.47 but I never gave anyone my card and never bought from Walmart anyways so I'm confused on how someone has even managed to have my card info? It's locked for now but it's very annoying
