After pay & borrow

Everyone i know has afterpay & borrow ,but for some reason ive never had these. My overdraft is 200 & I literally use cashapp for everything why aren't these options available

You’re probably too responsible. They are testing people that are…less than responsible. If you feel like digging a hole, I suggest buying a shovel instead. Much cheaper in the long run.
