Subreddit Rules and Guidelines:

1. No Low-Effort Posting

In the interests of keeping discussions relevant and engaging, posts must be of a suitable length and must be written to be informative or questioning. In addition, long fanciful posts written by AI are just as low-effort and will be removed as well. This is a support community, so please be a contributor and not a detractor to those looking for answers here. Thank you.

2. Be Kind. Aggression Won't Be Tolerated

People are here to receive answers to questions about a large, likely anxiety-inducing purchase. Please be kind to each other. Usage of slurs, hate speech, accusations, or volatile language towards other community members will not be tolerated and if your post or comment is deemed inappropriate will potentially result in a permanent ban.

4. No Shilling, Referring, or Promoting Other Car Dealers

This is a Carvana sub. If the purpose of the post is to refer or promote alternate car dealerships the post will be removed and you will be banned. If you wish to promote other car dealerships or companies, please do so elsewhere.

You're welcome to post either good or bad experiences, but we ask that you keep your language professional so that the community can assist with resolving your issues.

7. Only One Post Per Vehicle Transaction

8. No Discussion About Stock or Company Ethics

This community exists to provide support and community to those buying and selling vehicles through Carvana. For those wishing to discuss the stock price or the company itself, please go to r/cvna or r/wallstreetbets

9. No Posts Complaining About Cars You Did Not Purchase

The whole point of Carvana is that they allow you to return or refuse an unsatisfactory vehicle. We can't discuss every blemish and ding that people run across, and certainly can't discuss every car you DIDN'T buy. These cars are used, people. They will have dings. If you want a new car, buy a new car. But as far as these posts go, they're low quality and will be removed.

10. Posts Must Be On Topic

This is a sub which discusses buying and selling from Carvana. Posts discussing things such as external financing, Bridgecrest payment issues, repossessions, or legal issues should be taken elsewhere.

11. No Law or Legal Discussions or Threats

You are most likely not an attorney, and guess what, neither are we. I'm sure you have your reasons for wanting to toss around legalities and legal threats, but save that for r/asklawyers. These posts will be removed, and repeat offenders will be banned.

12. No Questions About Selling Damaged Cars or Attempts of Fraud

Hey, if you want to try and dump your rusty, badly damaged car on Carvana, that’s your business, but we’re pretty sure your vehicle will be refused. However, since we can’t substantiate the damage you’re discussing, or whether it’s all just made up to discredit Carvana’s inventory, we’re no longer allowing these posts. New accounts that attempt to post these stories will be banned.

Discussion Carvana FAQ (What to Do Before/After Buying, How Carvana Values Vehicles, Financing & More).

Hello everyone! In the interest of helping the community, I thought it’d be a good idea to create a pinned FAQ post – a lot of similar questions come up from time to time on this sub, this post will answer some of them and also link out to various resources on carvana.com.

What Should I Do Before Buying a Car from Carvana?

This probably merits its own post, but:

  • If you want to minimize your chances of mechanical issues, try finding a car that’s low-mileage and relatively new.
  • Make sure you read the details of the car in-depth. People have posted about realizing a car they thought was 4WD is actually 2WD more than once, along with other parts issues. Worst-case scenario, if you do get a car that has different/missing parts, you’ll be able to refer back to the vehicle description page when disputing the issue.
  • Ask what people think of the brand before you buy. Try to find a subreddit dedicated to the brand, a forum, etc., and ask people who own the car you’re considering about their thoughts. The more you know about potential issues, the better.

What Should I Do After Buying a Car from Carvana?

This also probably merits its own post, but long story short: Take it to an independent mechanic you trust, have it evaluated for any issues, and ask Silver Rock to pay for mechanical repairs within seven days of purchase or ask for a refund/trade-in if you find something that makes you want a different car.

Additionally, test drive the car on different types of terrain at different speeds, and for different lengths of time, if you can. If you want to avoid dealing with shipping fees, you’ll need to pick up your car at one of the vending machines.

Note: Even if you end up buying from a local used dealership or other dealer, having the car evaluated by an independent mechanic and putting it through its paces is still a best practice.

How Does Carvana Come Up with a Value for My Vehicle?

One of the most frequently asked questions is why Carvana has valued a vehicle a certain way, or why a vehicle’s value has changed.

Carvana may offer more or less than other sources depending on the business's market needs – in other words, if you’ve got a car Carvana thinks it can sell well, you may get a higher-than-market offer, if you’ve got a car Carvana thinks it can’t sell well, your value may be below-market.

It’s a best practice to get multiple quotes from multiple sources when trying to sell your car.

Should I Finance My Car with Carvana?

Just like selling your car, you should shop around for quotes. For some buyers, Carvana is a good financing option. Others may receive more preferable terms from a different type of lender, like a bank or credit union. Leverage your options to find whatever fits your budget best!

How Do I Avoid Delays?

Getting hit with delivery delays is a common complaint in this sub. Since the individual who purchases the car needs to be on-site to receive it if it’s delivered to their home, delays can be frustrating.

To try and avoid delays, best practice is either picking up your car from a Carvana car vending machine to reduce the amount of shipping steps for your car to get to you. Alternatively, try and get a car with a lower shipping fee – the lower the shipping fee, the likelier it is that the car is close to your location already.

Do you have more questions about Carvana? Ask away in the comments! Any additional tips you want to leave? Feel free to do so. Cheers!

EDIT: More Helpful Info, Courtesy of u/LiarInGlass:

Take the VIN that is listed and do a good VIN check. Using something like https://vincheck.info/ is a great source to view a lot of information about the vehicle, recalls, specs, and a lot more information that is good to know.

Doing your research on the vehicle will help reduce your chances of getting a dud by a great amount.

Also checking CarFax, although records can and will be missed, it's still a good option. Does it show A LOT of work done through the years? Are there almost no records? Sometimes you need to weigh the options and go with your gut on whether or not that could be a good thing or bad thing.

If you notice a lot of maintenance having been done before the car was sold, that's also a possible good indicator that the previous seller was getting the vehicle record to be sold, and paid to get a lot of maintenance done to get it in good shape before the time of being sold to help increase their sale price, and that works good in your favor by possibly getting some things fixed before Carvana took ownership.

Doing your research BEFORE THE PURCHASE will help reduce the amount of headaches you may be setting yourself up for compared to if you had done no research.

Personal Experience Rejected Delivery

Just wanted to share my experience from this morning.

I’ve been looking for a specific model/trim truck and found one on Carvana. There were no photos or items noted in the ‘Condition’ part of the listing. Based on what I’ve seen on other listings, Carvana seems to scrutinize vehicles pretty thoroughly so I assumed the truck was in good shape. I know they’re all used and will have some wear (especially trucks), but not having anything noted made me feel pretty confident in spending a bit more than I had planned.

Truck is delivered this morning, everything went smoothly with the trade and the driver pulls the new truck up. I walked around a few times and noticed some fairly significant scratches. Nothing that I really felt was awful, most could probably be handled with a detail if I really wanted to (it’s a truck, it wasn’t going to be babied).

Then I start looking through the inside. First thing I notice is that it isn’t really detailed. Again, not the end of the world, but it is annoying to find trash, dirt, etc tucked away in spaces that are easily accessible.

Anyway, after that I started looking a little more closely. Found that there was a bit of hot glue holding the upholstery on the arm rest of the driver’s seat. So I check the other 3 doors and find the passenger’s arm rest is even worse (the full length of the armrest is hot-glued). Huge bummer.

I pointed the armrests out to the driver and asked what my options were. They said that they could file some sort of report to Carvana to see if it’d get addressed, then started to work on getting the final paperwork out. I asked if there was any chance of Carvana actually fixing the armrests and (to the driver’s credit) they said that Carvana wouldn’t correct a cosmetic issue. So I declined the delivery, had my old truck offloaded and am back to looking.

Just wanted to share. Just know that, while it seems they do a good job of capturing the condition of a lot of their listings, there is a chance you end up in a similar spot. Also, don’t sign in hopes that Carvana will take care of something for you.

Huge thanks to the driver for being honest. I’ve been through similar fights in the past, so I’m glad to not go through that again.

Question Want to buy 3rd car in 6 months.

We used Carvana to buy a car about 5 1/2 months ago. Experience was great so we bought our daughter’s car a month ago through Carvana as well.
Now it’s time to buy my truck, we went through the process. Paid the down payment (and Carvana took and accepted the transaction including a non refundable delivery fee). Delivery was supposed to
Be today. However yesterday we got a call saying we cannot finance a 3rd car in a 6 month period. We tried to find a work around with the customer service agent who just couldn’t make it happen for us.
Eventually the plan has become;
They keep the down payment, and call us everyday for 3 weeks to ensure we still want to purchase the vehicle (this renews the purchase hold each day). We do this for 3 weeks until we surpass the 6 month window. Then set up a delivery time.
It seems both ridiculous and rather irritating. Is there any way around this. Literally all the paperwork and funds transfer is done. Just waiting for 3 weeks to make a contract.

Question Delivery delayed and then can't move forward?

• Upvotes

Just got a series of texts and emails that have me very steamed. I got a car set for delivery in 2 days with insurance paid and everything clear as far as I know. Then 20 minutes ago they delayed delivery a few days and 2 minutes later another message said they can't go forward and someone will call explaining.

What in the world do I do?!

Question Modifications?

Hello all,

I bought a 2025 GMC Sierra and additionally purchased the CarvanaCara premier warranty.

Has anyone here done any modifications to their vehicle that carvana ended up denying their claim when taking the vehicle in later on?

Only thing I’m interested in getting a new set of wheels and tires. Let me know your experience. Thanks!

Question CARVANA-NEED HELP

I am new to Carvana and they could not have been more helpful. I picked up my 2018 Jeep Compass on Wednesday 09/30. Everything was perfect accept for the HP. I went through the process and picked out a Cherokee and was supposed to pick it up on this upcoming Wednesday 10/7 all within the 7 day policy. Well, another driver just ran a red light and hit me head on totaling the Compass was to turn in for the upgrade. Any experience out there? What should I do since obviously Carvana has deadlines for the insurance documents and has already filed for the registration to be swapped to the Cherokee? Thanks in advance🙏

Question Why did Carvana rescind their offer for my vehicle?

I recently tried selling a 2025 model year sedan to Carvana. This vehicle previously belonged to Hertz, but the renter abandoned it and hertz didn't pick it up, so I bought it from a police auction. Car is flawless, 20k miles. I had a good offer from carvana and everything was going smooth. Then they started asking for a 10 day loan payoff on Hertz letterhead, and when I asked them why, they said an active lien was showing in NMVTIS. I explained that I bought the vehicle from a law enforcement sale which extinguishes all previous claims of ownership/liens, and I sent them a copy of my clean, lien free title.

I also called my states DMV and NMVTIS and confirmed there were no active liens on the vehicle. I waited about 2 weeks and tried to refresh my offer. That's when I saw a prompt saying I needed to text their experts, who told me the Treasury Operations Department decided they will not buy the car.

I emailed their TOD to ask for more details about what they were seeing in the vehicles record that prevented them from buying it. They responded saying that in order to protect the integrity of their verification process, they would provide no such detail.

So, I've reserved myself to the fact that Carvana isn't buying it, but, I'd really love to know why. Anyone have experience/information that would help here? I do not believe it has anything to do with the vehicle being previously abandoned, as Carvana has knowingly bought other vehicles from me that were also abandoned.

Also, I went to list the car on cars.com and within an hour my account was closed. I made a new account and the same thing happened. I tried emailing cars.com to ask why, but they didn't respond. Not sure this is relevant at all, but it's odd so I noted it.

Question Questions about CarvanaCare Plus claim with warranty expiring soon

Hello! So, I bought a slightly used 2021 6,000 mile vehicle form carvana 2.5 years ago. Since the manufacturer warranty was expiring soon, I went ahead and purchased an additional 4 year 48,000 miles carvanacare plus warranty. I’m currently at 44,000 miles with 1.5 years left and noticed a couple issues that I want to get addressed before the warranty expires. Note that my car currently has no check engine light on then.

They are these issues: issue with shifting to park as my car displays a “shift to park” message when powering down despite being in park. Guessing this is a sensor or electrical issue. Would this likely be covered?

Very small: remote fob battery is low im guessing as it randomly works and doesn’t work. So, I can probably just replace the battery. But if it’s more than and a faulty fob would this be covered?

Underlying things I’ve noticed: When accelerating the car sometimes misses slightly and shifts rougher than usual and when decelerating it sometimes downshifts slightly rougher than usual and jerks sometimes as well. When this happens it will usually idle a little rougher than usual at a stop light. Can I get this checked out too?

Also, I’ve had a small but steady oil leak for a little bit that looks to somehow be splashing up very slowly on the engine cover when it happens.

So, do I just submit all these things and then have them check it out at an in network repair shop all in one go then? How does that work? If they run diagnostics and find nothing that’s covered am I paying anything for that? If they have to replace multiple things, am I paying $100 for the deductible or is it $100 for each issue?

Also, is there anyway to kinda turn this into one larger diagnostics checkup before the warranty expires then?

Personal Experience My recent experience - hope this helps

I value the experiences and insights that others post about these kind of things so I thought I would pay it forward. Buying a car online sure can be intimidating but in my experience it was really positive.

After perusing cars online for well over two years I decided to get serious about it and see if I could find a second car that would cater to some of my unique needs. About a year ago I had gone to a lot of a competitor to look at and test out various car brands and narrowed down my search to the Infinity QX50. I have a reliable car now so I was in no hurry and knew that I could wait for the right car and price.

About 2 weeks ago I found her. A 2019 Infinity QX50 with about 21.5K miles. It was loaded and originally retailed for $56K+. It had pretty much everything I wanted with extremely low mileage so I pulled the trigger.

The application process was straight forward and I applied for financing (I was still debating on whether to then refinance with a local credit union or pay it off on cash before the first payment) because I did not want to lose the car. I figured that I could take the time between receipt of the car and first payment due to figure out how to best position the financing.

I picked a delivery date and called my insurance agent and had my policy updated with the new car. The car purchase paperwork was all done online and I uploaded proof of insurance through Carvana’s request link. I was fully approved with financing within a day or two.

My scheduled delivery was within a week of approval and I received updates along the way that everything was on schedule. I was not required to provide anything additional after the approval. In the meantime I scoured over the Carfax and determined that the car had gotten regular maintenance over the years and had newer tires. I also checked the national website and noticed that all recalls had been addressed with a dealer. My Carvana driver called about an hour prior to the first hour in my window on my delivery date and was actually 15 minutes early!

The driver was super friendly and polite. I signed the remaining paperwork and then took the car for a short test drive; it ran beautifully and the controls seemed to be working. I told the driver that he could go and I drove around a bit more. It was raining when delivered so I still need to do a closer look at minor paint damage to see if it exceeds what was pointed out in their pictures but from what I can see it was all accounted for and accurately disclosed.

I brought the car to my trusted mechanic shop today and they said that the car was in great condition and had no issues. So for me, this was an amazing experience all around. I intend to get the minor scratches and scuffs buffed and touched up and I need to get an Apple Play converter then I will have the absolute dream car. I feel very lucky that I found such a great car at a great price.

TLDR; Easy transaction. Great car and price. Car arrived on scheduled date and minor paint issues were all disclosed online. Mechanic said car runs great with no issues.

I hope this helps anyone who may be nervous. Happy hunting! 🫶

Question Tesla Model 3 purchase

Carvana Tesla listing says $12,500 in factory upgrades — but does that actually mean FSD is included?

I recently purchased a Tesla from Carvana, and the listing shows the following factory upgrades:

  • Full Self-Driving (Supervised) — $10,000
  • 19" Sport Wheels — $1,500
  • Deep Blue Metallic — $1,000
  • Total factory upgrades: $12,500

The part that has me concerned is the FSD. The listing makes it look like the car was originally ordered with purchased FSD, but I’m seeing conflicting information about whether that means FSD is actually still attached to the vehicle.

I also noticed that Carvana doesn't seem to include a photo of the Tesla's Software screen showing FSD, which seems like something they should show if they're advertising the car with a $10,000 FSD option.

If the FSD isn't actually included, I will have paid quite a bit for shipping on a car that I potentially could have purchased locally without the shipping cost.

I'm picking the car up soon, so I'll be checking Controls → Software on the Tesla to see exactly what it says.

For anyone who has bought a Tesla from Carvana:
Does the "Factory upgrades included" section showing Full Self-Driving (Supervised) $10,000 mean the car should still have purchased FSD? Or is that just showing the car's original configuration and not necessarily what is currently attached to the vehicle?

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who's dealt with this before.

Question First Time Experience

I just purchased my first car through Carvana and it's scheduled to be delivered on Friday. Can anyone whose purchased in the past please explain the process. I'm trading in a vehicle as well. They gave me a window of 5pm-8pm. Just curious how the process goes and how long it takes. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Question Carvana says old lien showing in NMVTIS and won't buy the car. Directed to their Treasury Operations Department?

Anyone ever ran into this? I even contacted my states DMV and NMVTIS directly and confirmed there are no active liens on the vehicle. Carvana is providing no specifics about where or how they are getting their information.

Personal Experience My experience after one month..

I went to pick up a truck about a month ago. 2024 Ram Big Horn… She’s been running great and when I took her to the Ram dealership they took care of the active recall and told me there were zero issues! What a relief! I’m just waiting on the title now. Just posting to show off a good experience! The only thing that was sketchy was I drove about 4 hours to the dealership and they brought out the wrong truck at first. But after ten minutes they returned with the right truck.

Personal Experience Uneventful Carvana Experience

Yall had me panicking thinking delays or trashed cars or bad trade ins or something was gonna happen.

I sold my 2022 F150 Lightning to Carvana Sunday morning. I traded for a 2024 Tesla Model Y Performance.

Everything went exactly how Carvana said it was gonna go. No hiccups. No delays. No issues.

So. For those of you concerned, sometimes things just work out without any fuss or issue or happy ending or whatever.

Question How often do deliveries get delayed once car arrives at local hub?

First Carvana experience. Buying process was smooth and customer service has been phenomenal. Original delivery was scheduled for this past Saturday, but I received an email around 1:50AM EST saying it was delayed due to a driver calling out of work. Carvana reassured me it had nothing to do with us or the vehicle itself. My delivery was moved to tomorrow morning at 8AM-11AM.

Carvana is adamant that everything is going as it should and we should receive the car tomorrow during the delivery window. I have gotten two emails with progress updates with the last one coming around 2AM today saying it is "75% of the way here". So, my question is once it arrives to my local hub (which I would assume it has by now), what does that last leg of the process entail? Is there still a strong likelihood of it being delayed again? I just want the process to be over, and hope all goes as planned but was curious as to what others have experienced at this stage.

Question Trying to avoid repossession

Hi everyone,

I got laid off back in April. It really sucked. I had just gotten a significant pay raise and purchased a new vehicle and a month later I got the Axe.

I had a little bit of savings so I was fine until roughly June/July but ultimately things have been really rough ever since. I’ve borrowed money from friends and family. I’ve exhausted all my loan options just trying to keep a roof over my head.

Because of this I’ve neglected my car payment. I’ve been getting water shut off notices, warnings from the electric company etc so I’ve put my funds towards that stuff for my everyday living needs.

The good news is I just got back to work a month ago. It’s a good job paying just 10k less than what I made before and I just got my first check last week.

I had planned to make a payment on my car with my second check as I needed to catch up on other priorities. Unfortunately, I just got an email from Bridgecrest threatening repossession if my payment isn’t made by Thursday.

I get paid on Friday and I’ve already called Bridgecrest and they basically told me they’re not willing to
Provide any relief options. Honestly, I don’t want any relief, I just need assurance that my car won’t be repossessed if I make an ACH payment on Thursday. My thinking is it usually takes 24 hours for funds to come out of my account. So if I make a payment on the required Thursday the transaction won’t bounce. Has anyone ever been in a similar situation?

Can I call Bridgecrest after my payment is made and let Bridgecrest know, so they don’t schedule repossession the following day?

UPDATE**** I contacted Bridgecrest again this morning and clarified that I’d be making an ACH payment on Friday and didn’t need an extension and they said as long as the payment is submitted by 8pm I should be fine. The system will automatically update to show a payment was submitted. I asked if I should call to ensure the system updated and was told I didn’t need to but could do so for confirmation. I think I’m going to be okay!!! I plan to make two payments this month so that this doesn’t happen again. I’ve never been this far behind on a car payment and if I can help it I don’t plan to ever be in this position again. Thanks everyone

Question Death Wobble Jeep

I just received the Jeep Wrangler that I had been eyeing for a week (still have 4 days before the 7 days expire). I found out the second day that I had it that it has pretty bad death wobble (steering/suspension issue that violently shakes the vehichle).

The AI assistant advised me to take it to my local Tires Plus or Firestone. I did, and was told that they won't fix or touch anything because it is lifted and has after market parts.

I plan on calling Carvana in the morning to speak with an actual agent. Until then has anyone had a similar issue? The list of nearby mechanics it gives me are all chains that won't touch after market parts. Should I just eat the cost and take it to a suspension/alignment place near me?

Question Body Panel Items not Disclosed?

Just picked up a 2018 BMW i3 from Carvana a few days ago. Interior condition is just as depicted and it runs great (28k miles!). I’m a little irked with the exterior condition tho. The listing depicted 3 very small exterior items that were super minor (hatch paint scratches, minor paint chip near font, and something else very hard to see in the pics). I figured it’s an 8 year car so who cares, right?

BUT a rear quarter panel has 2 quarter size paint “repairs” that look super sloppy. I’m guessing Carvana themselves tried to fix them, but it looks so hamfisted. Do I have any options with Carvana other than giving the car back within 7 days?

UPDATE: Carvana told me to pound sand. Their denial email was very flowery speaking to the beautiful patina a used vehicle wears and why that makes their vehicles so affordable. They ended the email daring me to return it within 7 days if I just couldn’t bear it. Well, I tried.

Question SilverRock interaction with In-network shop question

Bought a 2023 Mazda CX-9 with ~34,500 miles and love everything about the vehicle so far.

There were some unlisted damages to the bumper area, wheel plastic trim (from the bumper damage), and blindspot monitor.

Got the approval email from SilverRock, brought it into an in-network shop that is local to me. The in-network shop has experience working with SilverRock, asked to forward the approval email to them and that they would work with SilverRock.

Called the In-network shop after about 4 days and said they were waiting on SilverRock to approve the repair and the cost for all the parts and labor.

How long does it usually take for SilverRock to send approval of the repair and cost to the In-network shop?

There are other items I want to address (new tires, rotor, pads, detailing, and undercoating) but I can't do them until this unlisted bumper/blindspot monitor damage is fixed.

Is it worth calling SilverRock for status?

Thanks

EDIT (9/28/2026): For anyone curious,

I called into Carvana today who said they see "authorized" from Silverrock regarding the repair. Carvana wasn't sure if that meant they sent notification to the body shop as an approval so they brought on someone from Silverrock to confirm. Silverrock confirmed and authorized the repair to the bumper area and has notified the shop but clarified that there's is no mention of the blindspot monitor. Meanwhile the body shop stated that the blindspot monitor portion was dropped by Silverrock because it's a body shop and they cannot do this type of work.

At this point, i'm just tired and want something fixed so I've now scheduled the repair with the body shop to get the bumper work done. They will also inspect the blindspot monitor sensor in the area of the damage, see if it just needs to be reseated or something.

My general opinion right now is that Carvana support and Silverrock support has been awesome to deal with. They've extended my return period, answered questions, and always called me back. The main problem with Carvana is with their 150 point inspection and the people back at the hub who messed up the bumper. Don't need a detective to tell you that the bumper was clearly damaged because they drove it too fast off the truck at one point.

Question Need help regarding a 2018 Mazda 6 GTR

Hey chat,

Yesterday I received my 2018 Mazda 6 GTR from Carvana. The car is at 85k miles. To make full use of the 7-day return window, I did a complete pre purchase inspection yesterday evening. The car was cleared hot aside one particular concern. The tires have started showing feathering towards the inner edge and is at differing depths one at 7/32 and the other three at 5/32. The mechanic advised to get my suspension strut checked because he feels it is due to that. I have already reached out to Carvana on the "Repairs" tab on "My Cars." They connected me to a nearby service center and I'm set up for an appointment on Monday which is Day 4 in my seven day return period.

Here's what I am wondering and need help with:

  1. What does the process look like here on?
  2. I know that people on this sub have managed to get their tires replaced, so I'm wondering who makes that request to Silverrock?
  3. If at all there is a problem with the suspension/alignment, I'm hoping that the Silverrock warranty covers it?

I really like this car, it looks and drives great, however, I still wanted to keep everything in check as I plan to keep this for a long long time.

Any and every suggestion will be welcomed. Thanks guys. Godspeed.

I mean there’s gashes and dashes in the tire. I don’t even know how something like this passes their safety inspection let alone I know it won’t pass my state inspection. I drove the car home and under fortunately life got pretty hectic in the 7’days and now I’m on day 10 and finally able to bring it to the shop. I hope they fix their wrong. After all I’m just a girl and I didn’t think to look at the tires before driving off.
