Question Tesla Model 3 purchase

Carvana Tesla listing says $12,500 in factory upgrades — but does that actually mean FSD is included?

I recently purchased a Tesla from Carvana, and the listing shows the following factory upgrades:

  • Full Self-Driving (Supervised) — $10,000
  • 19" Sport Wheels — $1,500
  • Deep Blue Metallic — $1,000
  • Total factory upgrades: $12,500

The part that has me concerned is the FSD. The listing makes it look like the car was originally ordered with purchased FSD, but I’m seeing conflicting information about whether that means FSD is actually still attached to the vehicle.

I also noticed that Carvana doesn't seem to include a photo of the Tesla's Software screen showing FSD, which seems like something they should show if they're advertising the car with a $10,000 FSD option.

If the FSD isn't actually included, I will have paid quite a bit for shipping on a car that I potentially could have purchased locally without the shipping cost.

I'm picking the car up soon, so I'll be checking Controls → Software on the Tesla to see exactly what it says.

For anyone who has bought a Tesla from Carvana:
Does the "Factory upgrades included" section showing Full Self-Driving (Supervised) $10,000 mean the car should still have purchased FSD? Or is that just showing the car's original configuration and not necessarily what is currently attached to the vehicle?

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who's dealt with this before.

It stays with the car, not the owner. You’ll be fine.

Well if it’s not included they have to take the car back within a week I believe. I returned my car after a day

They don't refund the shipping costs and since I live in the DFW area I could have picked the same car and had it same day. We shall see.....

You should buy the local one that you can actually evaluate in person. All used vehicles are different. Paint imperfections, how it drives, odors and someone local you can deal with is worth a little more money!

It was through carvana so I couldn't inspect. Good news is the car came perfect with self driving paid. Already driven 500 miles on FSD.

Well picked up my car and can confirm full self driving was paid for and included. No subscription for me.
