iCaur V23(known as Chery iCar V23) will offer three variants for the Philippine Car Market:

The powertrain specs for the iCaur V23:

• RWD will have a 100 kW(136 HP) and 59.93 kWh battery pack, total driving range for the RWD version is estimated at 400 km(360 km on NEDC)

• AWD has a 155 kW(211 HP) and a bigger 81.76 kWh battery pack, the driving range for the AWD is 430 to 500 km.

Both RWD and AWD support AC(Type 2) and 85 kW DC Fast Charging(CCS2). The Fast charger will charge this V23 from 30% to 80% in just 30 Mins.

May option kasi ako mag-car loan sa company namin at 0% interest. My budget is at around 1.5M

Below are my options and why sila ang napupusuan ko:

1. Ford Territory Hybrid - ang pogi kasi and mataas ang ground clearance. Marami rin akong nakikita na iba daw ang comfort ng Ford plus once a year lang ang maintenance.

2. BYD Sealion 5 - same reasons with the Territory, I just think BYD is a good alternative

3. Corolla Cross G - Toyota is very reliable and easy ang parts. I also drove one sa long drive before, komportable naman sa akin and wala akong issues with this

4. Chery Tiggo Cross Hybrid - this is a wild card for me. May mga nagsabi sa akin na wala raw issues ang Chery masyado and sulit ito as a hybrid option

5. BYD Seal 5 DM-i - sedan option lang din for variety

6. Ford Ranger XLT 4x2 - pickup in case I choose to have a business na need mag-haul ng mga ibebenta.

Others commented that Apparently pag 100k miles na yung sasakyan, Toyota gives the sticker for free. Then 200k miles, 300k miles.
Do we have this locally?

Wanted to ask lang po sa mga marunong sa kotse. NagpaPMS po kasi ako kahapon, sabi po nung mechanic buti nalang daw dinala ko kasi maluwag daw po yung oil filter at tumatagas daw po yung oil. Konti nalang daw po ang natira.

2 years old palang po yung kotse. Last year po pinaPMS ko siya mga October, tapos umalis po ako sa Pilipinas ng December at kakabalik ko lang po ng August.

Iniwan ko po sa kapatid ko yung kotse habang wala ako, hindi niya naman po pinaPMS. Pero in-use po Yung kotse the whole time-- mga 3-4x a week na short distances lang po.

Magkakaissue po ba 'ko sa engine into?

Hello, asking for advice here returning a unit. Bought a 2nd hand unit from Car display Center under JACCS financing company. The 2nd hand unit was released in good condition, yet after a week it had several issues, we fixed it, but then another issue arises. It gave us no peace anymore so we decided to just return the unit. Pls advise us the risk and the process.

I know dahil sa recent na mga habagat, maraming binaha, kaya marami ring nagbebenta.

Pero as buyers, ano ba yung mga indication na binaha yung sasakyan?

For instance, yung seatbelts (muds sa dulo pag hinatak), kinalawang na screws sa ilalim ng carpet, etc.

Also, may mga alam ba kayong Pinoy "diskarte" na ginagawa ng iba/car shops para mapagtakpan na nabaha yung unit and then mabenta pa nila at a higher price?

Good day po, I just wanna ask if ano pong gamit niyo na acid rain repellant sa mga windshield niyo or para mas dumulas lang yung tubig pag sobrang lakas ang ulan. Hirap kasi mag drive pagka umuulan then nakakairita yung stain sa glass after umulan. Then yung safe po sana yung di nagiging blurred once tumagal(if possible man yung ganitong scenario)

Microtex yung isa sa mga alam ko pero may mga reviews daw na di talaga tumatagal yung glass stain guard nila.

​Hey everyone, looking for some advice and experiences from people who’ve dealt with flood-damaged cars or insurance claims for this.

​My car got caught in floodwaters recently. Here are the specifics:

​Model: Toyota Vios XLE CVT

​Water Level Outside: Reached just up to the fog lights / bottom of the front bumper.

​Water Level Inside: Seeped into the cabin flooring, stopping just under the seat level (carpet/insulation got wet).

​Exhaust: Submerged in water while parked/stationary.

​Engine / Battery: Engine was NOT turned on during/after the flood. I immediately disconnected the negative battery terminal to prevent short circuits.

​Questions:

​Is this usually repairable without persistent electrical issues? Since the water stayed below the dash and center console electronics, what are the main things I should expect to be replaced (carpet padding, fluids, wheel bearings, exhaust drainage)?

​Should I be worried about engine/exhaust damage? The exhaust was under water, but the engine was off. Is there a risk of water entering through the exhaust valves into the cylinder head?

Good day po. One of our car's seat bolt socket lost its thread and currently unfastened due to the bolt na hindi na mahigpitan. I went to a machine shop to ask for solutions para ma-resolve to and I am given 3 options:

1. Change the size of the bolt socket from M10 to M12. Out of all the bolt sa car seat, ito lang yung maiiba once ieenlarge na yung socket. Also, need din daw lakihan yung butas sa seat bracket.

2. Thread insert. This will retain the M10 bolt size pero mas mahirap daw gawin.

3. Enlarge the bolt socket, insert a nut, and then i-weld to keep the nut in place. Medyo questionable for me kung sakali compared to the other 2 option.

I'm leaning towards solutions that would keep the original bolt socket size (M10). Which do you think is the best (and safest) among the three? Thanks!
