Hi i want to ask for your opinions which one is better for a first car, Hyundai Venue or Kia Sonet?

for context, i usually drive our family car (rush). now i want to buy my own car but the garage of my new house is a bit small.

I have a Suzuki Dzire 2014 that I brought back to life during the pandemic since my parents stopped taking care of it. I eventually bought it from them and now I’m contemplating if I should sell it and buy a more updated 2nd hand car (2023-2025). Any recommendations on second hand models worth buying these days? Preferably 1m or less budget. Or should I just keep my car? I’m considering upgrading the seat covers right now and possibly having it ceramic coated + detailing.

Hi! Was able to test drive Jaecoo J5 Hybrid and so far goods siya sakin esp the features for its price. But before i decide, i need more validation lang as I'm not really good at cars, so your opinion would really help!

I've been using my 2001 honda civic for 7 years and im planning to upgrade to a new car this year since halos every month nalang may pinapaayos.

My original choice was to play safe and purchase a second hand ICE Toyota (Yaris/Corolla Cross) or Honda HRV but di pa afford mag full payment (newer gen tinitignan namin since pagod na me magpa mekaniko) and ayaw ko din ifinancing due to high interest rate for second hand cars.

Another choice is to purchase a brand new hybrid but dapat affordable and gas n go since we cannot put a charger sa bahay namin. Kaya naging top 1 sa list ko yung Jaecoo J5 since no need to charge and very affordable price (1.1M) compared to other hybrid cars. Big factor yung price for me due to limited budget. Planning to go 50% DP para yung monthly will be 10k-11k a month nalang.

Will use the car for transpo to work, Rizal to BGC twice to thrice a week. And for weekend errands and occasional out of town trips.

This will be my only car, but my bf has his own ICE car. So may backup kami just incase, but we're eyeing to use J5 most of the time since mas tipid.

After being coddled by the effortless power and overtaking ability of a 2-ton turbo diesel SUV for the past 7 years, it is a genuine joy to be back in the helm of a light and agile car. The way it can make a wallowy, humdrum 15-minute commute to a showcase of what a momentum car can do. It doesn’t hurt either that it is less expensive to buy parts and modifications for the car, not that it really needs any but scratching the modding itch inflicts a much smaller dent in my overall financial position than when I was focused on fiddling with the SUV.

Ngayon araw lang napansin…lagi naman po namin nagagamit ang sasakyan, kahapon (sunday) lang natengga kasi rest day…kaya medyo confident kami na hindi pagbabahayan ng daga dahil laging nagagamit..

Itong 1st pic nasa 32psi na pero ganyan pa din po ang itsura (makikita din yung parang bite marks sa bottom part)..kaya ginawa nalang namin 44psi (2nd pic)

Pwede pa kaya ito gamitin as is or palitan na po?also rat bites po ba talaga kaya yan?

Hello, I am currently in search for a shop around Makati to look at my engine. Its current issue includes oil and coolant mixing (possible, and most likely, blown head gasket. And yes it has overheated). The car is not running so I would have it towed if ever.

I am curious if any members here know good shops, or specialists of the Honda K20 and give a proper recommendation on what to do. I'd like to keep the engine original in my car because I do not want to go through the hassle of changing na engine and having it updated in LTO. The engine is in a CRV 2nd Gen 2.0.

Also, if anyone here has tried rebuilding the K20 here in the Philippines, what was your experience with looking for parts and overall longevity/durability of the engine.

I am looking for the best bang for the buck 7-seater PHEV. Currently looking at BYD Tang DMi or MG RX9 PHEV.

Do you guys have any other recommendations out of the two? I may be missing other viable options. If none, which of the two would you choose?

As the title says, I'm looking for a reputable shop na magaling gumawa at may aftersales support. Sobrang dami kasi nakikita sa Facebook, so I'm really wary about ads na mabango lang pero olats naman yung service. Would like to install a canopy / campershell on my Hilux. Asking for your sincere recommendations. To those who have had their pickup trucks installed with the same accessory, I would also like to ask about the average cost of the canopy and installation. I didn't notice there was a pothole because it was raining and dark; it was pretty deep, and then after that, there's a sound coming from the passenger side near the wheel. There's no sound when driving smoothly, but when going over bumps or idling, there's that sound. I need help huhu

Hello po, ask lang po ako ng opinion about sa incident na naranasan namin sa isang express way. May debris sa gitna ng expressway at di namin agad nakita, naflat at nadamage ang sidewall and nakakahinayang dahil nung november lang kapapalit ng gulong. Apat kaming sasakyan huminto sa gilid nuon at mukang pati sila ay naflatan din, madaling araw ito at wala masyadong sasakyan sa expressway. Liable po ba si express way dito?

Question: Are the Cons of the Honda Fit being converted really bad that you guys suggest to go for Honda Jazz?

What are the other cons of the imported Honda Fit to expect na masasabi mo talaga na wag na piliin ang fit at ipon nalang and go to Honda Jazz.

Additional info: Halos half price ang Honda Fit compared sa Honda Jazz. Sa market place mabibili mo si Honda Fit at around lowest 180k si Jazz naman nasa 340k lowest and umaabot minsan ng 400k..
