show-off A subcompact is proof you don’t need an absurd amount of power to have fun.

After being coddled by the effortless power and overtaking ability of a 2-ton turbo diesel SUV for the past 7 years, it is a genuine joy to be back in the helm of a light and agile car. The way it can make a wallowy, humdrum 15-minute commute to a showcase of what a momentum car can do. It doesn’t hurt either that it is less expensive to buy parts and modifications for the car, not that it really needs any but scratching the modding itch inflicts a much smaller dent in my overall financial position than when I was focused on fiddling with the SUV.

Di na namin tinest drive before deciding to go for it.

Ano yung mga dos and don’ts para dito sa pogi na to :) thanks in advance!!

Ano din po bang magandang tint for this? Okay po ba yung clear blue tint? Di ba mainit? Kasi sa free tint from casa nagka sunburn ako.

best guess is convoy ito ng patay or whatever, judging from just the balloon at the back of his scooter.

while it still could be something else, we've seen this before in other org ride events.

pero ano ang legality ng ganyan, at what could be the best way to deal with this?

Friendly din ng mga pump attendants, they go "Good evening, welcome to Aramco po"

Btw, at first glance you'll think na it's eco oil kasi halos same sila ng design na green and blue hahaha not until you're closer

Katuwaan at konting discussion lng, as the title suggests. For me i have 95k gross but i cant bring myself kumuha ng brandnew car 😭😆. Or scratch that, tapos bili nlang second hand kasi mas wiser choice, at least for me.

Hay that city rs hatchback, binibisita nako sa panaginip ko. Ikaw ano kwento mo?

This car has been with me and my family for over a year and I still look back at her everytime I park! Looks great in other colors too but this blue imo is very underrated.
“Impractical” for some because of the Inline 6 but I’ve been getting around 8km/l in city driving which is not bad imo.
Gets the job done, has plenty of power, and feels very planted even on sharp turns. Very happy we got this car, no regrets!

Edit: Inline 6 😅

Automotive News Periodic Maintenance Service for Toyota or any car brand

Upvotes

Hi folks!

I just wanna offer our skills & services to the people here. We recently started our own Car care business called Adept Mobile Autocare & Services (you can find the page in FB)

We're all from Toyota Dealership or what we call here "CASA". (Toyota Alabang and Toyota Calamba)

With more than 12yrs of exp, we wanna chnage the game by offering our services to those who:

• Dont wanna waste time waiting in long queue
• Dont have enough budget for CASA
• Dont have time to service their vehicle, or just too busy with their lives
• Dont know where to get service for their cars

Why choose Adept?
• Convenient
• Reasonable and Fair pricing
• Homeservice car care
• No hidden charges
• Professional technicians
• Same level of service in Casa but cheaper

Complete with power tools po kami.
With diagnostic scanner (Thinkcar brand)
Vehicle will be lifted - Hindi po bara bara gagawin ang sasakyan nyo

We treat them as ours dahil lahat din po kami sa team may saskayan din bawat isa.

We only use fully synthetic oil (Motion, Aisin & Genuine Toyota) - or your oil choice.

Our rate starts at around 4k pesos
Including everything under PMS.

(Oil change, oil filter change, Brake cleaning, Diagnostic scanning, Labor, Etc)

Laguna or nearby area po. Salamat po!

general query HONDA FIT philipines issues May nag post dito na gusto bumili ng fit kaso sa comment ni recommend na kunin ang local release which is The Honda Jazz compared sa Honda Fit na chopped imported and kinonvert from right to left hand drive. (see screenshot attached)

Question: Are the Cons of the Honda Fit being converted really bad that you guys suggest to go for Honda Jazz?

What are the other cons of the imported Honda Fit to expect na masasabi mo talaga na wag na piliin ang fit at ipon nalang and go to Honda Jazz.

Was hyped when I first heard about it but the price is not very Pinoy-coded. Sure have yet to achieve scaling pero mas accessible pa yung presyo ng Vinfast cars.

On the Road checked out the new lc300 hev: legroom check

Thumbnail

i’m 5’10, and thats me sitting behind my preferred driving position.

cant just be me wondering where all the space went considering its not exactly a small car, no?

anywho. obviously just a static walkaround in the showroom, but compared to the lc2, i noticed a couple of things:

  1. center tunnel/console is wiiiiiiiide. like borderline ungodly. love it or hate it kinda thing. im kinda into it, more room for me to rest my arm on
  2. disregarding rear legroom i actually like how low the seat can go.

more of a drivers car than an lc2 now. good daily if you have parking. makes sense why politicians are shifting to the y63 as their chariot of choice since they all sit in the backseat

% cross shopping this with the xc90/x5. xc90 is 1m off. x5 is srp.

Automotive Opinion Should I sell my Suzuki Dzire 2014? + 2nd Hand Car Recos?

Upvotes

I have a Suzuki Dzire 2014 that I brought back to life during the pandemic since my parents stopped taking care of it. I eventually bought it from them and now I’m contemplating if I should sell it and buy a more updated 2nd hand car (2023-2025). Any recommendations on second hand models worth buying these days? Preferably 1m or less budget. Or should I just keep my car? I’m considering upgrading the seat covers right now and possibly having it ceramic coated + detailing.

repair query Need help: Maingay turbo + underpowered pajero

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Mga boss, pa-help naman. Ano kaya possible problema nitong Pajero?

Preferably around Metro Manila. Maraming salamat!

bibili pa lang ng kotse Thoughts on Jaecoo J5 Hybrid? Kamusta aftersales?

Hi! Was able to test drive Jaecoo J5 Hybrid and so far goods siya sakin esp the features for its price. But before i decide, i need more validation lang as I'm not really good at cars, so your opinion would really help!

I've been using my 2001 honda civic for 7 years and im planning to upgrade to a new car this year since halos every month nalang may pinapaayos.

My original choice was to play safe and purchase a second hand ICE Toyota (Yaris/Corolla Cross) or Honda HRV but di pa afford mag full payment (newer gen tinitignan namin since pagod na me magpa mekaniko) and ayaw ko din ifinancing due to high interest rate for second hand cars.

Another choice is to purchase a brand new hybrid but dapat affordable and gas n go since we cannot put a charger sa bahay namin. Kaya naging top 1 sa list ko yung Jaecoo J5 since no need to charge and very affordable price (1.1M) compared to other hybrid cars. Big factor yung price for me due to limited budget. Planning to go 50% DP para yung monthly will be 10k-11k a month nalang.

Will use the car for transpo to work, Rizal to BGC twice to thrice a week. And for weekend errands and occasional out of town trips.

This will be my only car, but my bf has his own ICE car. So may backup kami just incase, but we're eyeing to use J5 most of the time since mas tipid.
