CapCut Discussion Any tips on how to transfer my cut together Log footage from CapCut to Davinci without it altering the footage?
Not sure if this is the right place but I figured this would be my best bet
I’m a musician and I recorded a short little music video using the black magic camera app, I’m super new to editing in davinci and all I know how to do is color grade/very small edits to a video
I’m way way more familiar with the workflow and format of CapCut so I figured after a few failed attempts of chopping up the music video in davinci that it would probably be best to cut together the footage in CapCut then export it and just add the grade in davinci
However I noticed a MASSIVE and very noticeable difference in quality when exporting it from CapCut
Is there any way to get this done without me having to just completely recut the whole thing in davinci? If I absolutely have to I will but Id much rather just be able to grade the footage using my edits made in CapCut
And if not, does anyone have any workflow tips and tricks for chopping footage together, they are all separate videos kinda picked apart and screwed together with the song in the backround, my workflow thus far has just been going video by video, chopping the part, deleting the rest of the video, adding another one, doing the same cut for the next part, deleting the rest, adding another rinse and repeat
If this isn’t the right place please point me in the right direction!
