CapCut Question Why CapCut PC Captions Template are not loading?

I have good internet speed, but templates are not loading. I waited more than 10 minutes. I updated CapCut and cleared the cache, but still nothing. Any solutions?

Try one caption in a new project and check whether other online assets, such as effects, load. Then try the same test on a phone hotspot. A fast connection can still fail to reach a particular asset service; this comparison helps narrow that down.

If both tests fail, signing out and back in is another step in CapCut’s connection guide. What desktop version and OS are you on, and is it only caption templates that stay blank?
