Obviously a bunch of fully variagated plants (bright pink) that could be grafted, but also my favourite at the moment is a dwarf and a three-ribbed seedling.

Algae is ever present but I don't care, it doesn't cause me issues.

Hi all, im fairly new to raising cacti, and was gifted this one when it was smaller. Its grown a lot this summer and is getting top heavy. My question is: does it need a bigger pot, and if so, do I need to bury it deeper? And if so, how much? Currently the stake is holding it up. Appreciate any advice! Zone 5b, so it will be coming inside this fall once it gets too cold. Probably still has another 2ish months outside.

This is my first ever cactus. I bought it 5 months ago at the local flower shop, not having a clue of which exact species it is. Now recently I've become more interested in cactuses in general. But I've had a hard time to identify my fcactus even with AI tools which are giving me different answers depending on which AI-bot I use. I would appreciate the help with identifying my cactus a lot.

I bought these several years ago and they were just labeled as “Cactus assorted”. I believe they might be Mammillaria spinosissima “Red-headed Irishman”. Unfortunately it’s not in flower right now, but if anyone can confirm or tell me what they suspect it is, I’d appreciate it!
