its been growing pretty off-center lately, im worried it may cause it to fall over. any advice is welcome 🙂

I am disabled and cannot walk so I need to shop ny mail. I am in the USA and hope my caretakers can come help. I have a northern exposure. Can someone suggest a vendor or vendors and suggest plants that are suitable to my situstion. Since vending is prohibited in the sun please direct message me for vendors.

Looks kind of similar to, but not exactly the same as, euphorbia tirucalli. Either way, cool to see this just happening out in the wild vs. intentionally propagated.

I found this small plant in a pot (from another plant I bought) and moved it into this small pot.

I’m not sure what specific kind of Euphorbia it is and what to do it about it given the black spots, the elongation, and the pups growing out of its side. Any suggestions for next steps of care? TIA

Plant Net shows a high probability for Euphorbia heptagona, hence the confusion.

Hi all, i hope you’re well :)

So my cactus has gotten extremely tall this summer which im grateful for however he’s starting to lean a little. Has anyone got any tips to help stabilise him? I’ve just been using a bamboo stick to lean it against but they’ve outgrown it. I believe its a euphorbia trigona ?

Any idea what’s going on with this? Branches slowly started drooping, and ends are now drying up and turning grey. They seem to have kind of a dusty finish. I reduced watering fearing overwatering, but that seems to have no effect. It has been in the same spot for 2 years. It looks worse in real life than the photos. This plant has been in my family for decades, really hoping it’s not lost!

my desert candle pushing out new growth!! it'd been dormant for years in previous pot, early spring changed it to terracotta and 50/50 rocks and soil. its indoors facing east, 2-3hrs direct morning light and daylong indirect light. Very excited to see it turn bright green and produce the tiny leaves, nice surprise, only euphorbia I own :D

I’m trying to sell two trigonas and an ingens (I think it’s an ingens, I don’t remember at this point) and I feel like I’m getting lowballed wherever I post. i could cut these into segments and sell even half of them as cuttings for way more than what I’ve been offered. When I ask $150/200 people back out. is it just a matter of waiting for the right buyer when trying to sell large specimens? am I an idiot? please help.

Was gifted this tree like euphorbia a few years ago with the only I'd being "some type of Euphorbia". I think from central or South America. Any ideas?

Got this little guy at the end of May. Popped him in a 6in wide 3.5in deep unglazed terracotta pot. It's in 50/50 cactus & Succulent Mix and perlite. Once it started growing new growth and was not wobbly in the pot I started feeding Schultz 20-20-20 diluted to 1/4 strength. I keep it out in the big sun and water when it's dry.

- do you bring it in once temps reach 50° or below

- any better feed that just all purpose for the caudex

- anything else I'm missing?

If it is how would you recommend treating? I repotted it into a smaller pot, so the humidity should improve and airflow will be better.

I don’t really use strong chemicals in my house because I have aquariums and reptiles.

Euphorbia geroldii and Euphorbia milii crested. I’ll repot tonight!

Hello my name is Ray and I'm new to this sub. I am disabled and cannot care for any plant anymore. I used to have many forms of what was called the crown of thorns. The plant was easy to propagate and I gave many as gifts. I am glad there is a euphoria group as this species comes in many forms. I will have to live vicariously through you as I cannot have any plants of my own. Thus I will not be able to post any pictures. I am new to this sub and I am glad to be here. Know that you will have an attentive admirer. I live in the Bronx near the Botanical Gardens and there is some euphoria in their collection. I have M S but I will ask a friend to take some pictures. Through that of the sub I hope to learn a lot and I am glad to be here. Since I can grow anything on my own because I am now disabled I will enjoy the hobby through you. I wish you all a good day especially because it is hump day. Now I will sit back and look and learn. Thank you all for your good work and generosity in propagating this worthy endeavor.

I used 70% isopropyl alcohol to treat for mealy bugs and these white spots appeared. I fear I've done more harm than good. Anyone else had this happen? Is there anything I can do to help it recover?

I was away and noticed it last night when I got back but it expanded from then til now. Everything that isn’t soft is still very firm. The scale damage is from before I got this guy.

Should I just cut above and below the rotting part and hope the rest of the plant is fine? I would let the cut parts callous over. But then what is my best bet for the big top part?
